Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

Poem

I wrote this around ten years ago when I had just come out as an FTM Transsexual, its basic but its sad and its angry.

Mirror, Mirror on the Wall

Mirror, Mirror on the wall

I don’t see me at all

It can’t be right, It can’t be true

Your reflection makes me blue

Mirror, mirror on the wall

I’m just not handsome after all

You show me things that cannot be

Surely this vision isn’t me

Mirror, mirror on the wall

Do you really see me at all?

I search but I cannot see

The image that is really me
