Time has never been a friend of mine.

Taking away all my days.

And I always thought it was fine

Until you showed me different ways.

Whenever I’m with you

I feel like I’m flying in the air.

The time just flew

Knowing that you care.

All this time I thought I’d be

Alone with my thoughts.

You came and broke me free.

I want nothing more than your love.

And you can make me soar like a dove.

Now that you’re here in front of me

I still ask: “How can this be?”

Now with you, time stands still

And all that I know disappears.

You can see through my masks.

How so, I am not sure.

Though there are lots of tasks

To get me to lure.

Through all my pain

There’s not a single gain.

All I can see is you

As if you came out of the blue.
