love story

The barrier of tradition and its impact on relationships

In a love that knew no bounds, we found,

A connection so deep, a bond profound.

Across borders and cultures, our hearts are entwined,

But traditions and norms are cruelly confined.

Her culture's expectations, a barrier so tall,

Forbidding our love, causing our downfall.

Heartbroken and devastated, I stood alone,

Lost in memories of a love now overthrown.

My attachment to her, a weight so heavy,

Unable to move on, my heart was unsteady.

Haunted by moments of love once true,

Dreaming of a reunion, hope anew.

The pain of separation, a burden to bear,

Questioning the fairness, the cruelty is laid bare.

Cultural barriers, keeping us apart,

Tearing at the fabric of my broken heart.

Yet my love for her, unwavering and strong,

Cherishing the memories where we belong.

Believing in a love that can conquer all,

In my heart, her memory will forever call.

A bittersweet reminder of what could have been,

In a world where love and culture intervene.

But in the echoes of our love's sweet refrain,

I'll hold onto the hope of seeing her again.

  • between me and her a deep connection and a strong bond, transcending borders and differences in culture. our love was pure and genuine, but unfortunately, the traditions and societal norms of the girl's country stood in the way of our relationship.
