Life's Essence

She dances

Life's Essence

There she stood in a pretty little dress

The moonlight framing her face in such a way

That she suddenly became Angelic.

It was raining in the alley

She held her heels in her hand and twirled in circles

A free spirit.

Not a care in the world could reach her in that moment

She let the warm breeze carry them all away

She was untouchable.

The love of the universe encompassed her very essence

The strength in her soul showed in the beauty of her smile

Her eyes spoke with the brightness of the sun

But her heart showed the gentleness of a lamb.

She was alive

She was life.
