Dear E,

It’s ok

It’s alright

I liked them too

And I did see the signs

Yet love blinds the most vigilant of eyes

It clouds the judgement of the sharpest of minds

But now

We can start over

We can start anew

You and I are the same

1. we’re the same person

2. We fight, we fight until our dying breath, even for the people that hurt us in the end.

Because you become more and more true to yourself

Unfortunately that thing they took from us

We will never get back

But it’s ok

We’re used to it

But we can get back up
