Suffocated and suffering, I heard your voice.

I watched your face.

I felt all the sentiments of past.

I wanted to let go.

I used to miss you.

Then, I moved on.

As I depart this city, I reflect. I came, I enjoyed time, I saw people

- I saw people, but not you.

Leaving this city, I feel accomplished. I resisted near to no effort and yet, still did not see you. I really am moving on, finally growing - looking after myself first, at last.

With my back turned from a place I have long cherished, and a location that has shown nothing but love, I feel two hearts growing apart.
