Last Night / Today

Don't insult my intelligence

You say I look nowhere near Thirty Three

I couldn't possibly know what a broken heart means

I couldn't possibly know what love is

Don't insult my intelligence

Just cause you lack the common sense to be with me

I got the fear, man

Last night holding you so close

Today you fell through my hands,

Last night you didn't want me to go

Today there's a lump in my throat

Yes I may look nowhere near Thirty Three,

but I guarantee I know what all of it means,

and I sure as hell know what love is

Don't act like I'm not relevant

Just cause you lack the common sense to be with me

I got the fear, man

Last night holding you so close

Today you fell through my hands,

Last night you didn't want me to go

Today there's a lump in my throat
