Bundled in blue scarves,

black fabric on my fingers

keeping me cozy—

covered head to toe

and warming up my body,

all except my nose.

Sitting at the edge

of the world before the sea

breathing in and out.

Winter in the south.

Undulating waves briskly

paint the sky with mist.
