Stop Thinking about the Negative What IF!!!!!!

I feel despair

I feel Low energy

I feel Trap

I feel unmotivated

I feel bad, things will happen I don't want to happen

I feel unworthy

I feel I am not a winner

I feel poorly

I feel the negative words, that people want me to accept that I am

I feel unloved

I feel hopeless

I feel disconnected

I feel Unhealthy

I feel sadness

I feel unwanted

I am what I am, I am going to get out of this mental Jam

I will get an idea for my Novel and it will be great.

I will keep on writing until that novel idea sets itself in my head to write.

I will get my dream job if I can

I will keep up on my health regimen

I will keep on applying for my dream job

I will keep reading positive books

I may not feel like a winner now but I will work on being stronger

I will wake up everyday and show up and do all I can

I will ask for help if I need to until I do not need help anymore

I am going to rely on myself

I will win and focus on this life race

I will be back stronger and wiser than I ever was before

I will overcome all the pain

I will do all the mental prep I need to start each day

Somedays may be harder than others

I will not listen to the negative excuses,

I will be realistic in my body capabilities

I am living my life goals and will accomplish many more of my life goals

I am unst0ppable

I will keep on thriving

I will not give up even in my hardest days
