Heartbreak glue

I shouldn't even be writing this

We should have already been in paradise

Had I overcome my biggest vice

Can we make something totally broken, brand new?

Or are we totally through?

Can dust be transformed into essense once more?

You must think I haven't been true

and worst of all that I'm a coward

I wanted the love, the rainbow, the soul mission, the cleansing shower

The everything

The intensity was so so so much

I was scared I was gonna blow it

That night was supposed to be magic

Nothing i do can ever undo that night

But that was then and this is now

Is there anything I can do?

Like apply some heartbreak glue?

Or was I just way over my head?

And dropped the world off my shoulders

Like a fool.

Like a clumsy Atlas

I knew what i had to do.

That was then and this is now

Not a day goes by when I don't think of you.

So tell me, is there such a thing as heartbreak glue?
