I have known a love that wrecked homes,
A love that led to the land of grief.
Where I took a shared seat on their sinking ship
And observed,
Oh, my dearest! You sat, waiting for tornadoes to pass by.
I heard the colossal clash of Titanic plates,
And all I could do was joke to keep a smile on your face.
I smiled, and she smiled, saying, "You look beautiful."
It was irrelevant but more meaningful.
A meaningful female friendship everyone deserves....
