I almost believe in nothing.

Not god or ghosts or deities,

Not psychic or spiritual things -

Or esoteric concepts like

Tarot or angel blessings.

But what about humanity?

And our miraculous beginnings -

Mere coincidence if you ask me.

We live and end up rotting,

an exchange of atoms, energy.

Fuel for future human beings.

And the reasons for spirituality,

An attempt to mean something.

The product of human vanity.

I almost believe in nothing -

Not Buddhism or Christianity

But I do believe in one thing,

Unimportant in my theory,

But vital in my existence.

And that one thing I believe in

Is me -
