In the heart of every dog, a friend we find,
A loyal companion, loving and kind.
With wagging tails and eyes so bright,
They fill our days with pure delight.
In their gaze, a bond so true,
Unconditional love, shining through.
From playful romps to gentle sighs,
They teach us to see the world with eyes.
Through fields they run and rivers they splash,
In every adventure, a joyful dash.
Their presence lifts our spirits high,
In their company, we find a tie.
They listen patiently to our every word,
Their empathy felt, though unheard.
A paw on our lap, a nuzzle so sweet,
In their warmth, our worries retreat.
In moments of joy or times of sorrow,
They're there with us, today and tomorrow.
Their love knows no bounds, no end in sight,
Beloved companions, our hearts alight.
So here's to dogs, our cherished friends,
Whose love and loyalty never end.
In their presence, we find our peace,
A bond that only love can increase.
