"Across the Miles: A Long Distance Love Poem"

"A Hundred Days, A Thousand Words: Love Across the Miles"

By Lily💜 Published about a month ago • 1 min read

In the quiet of dawn, coffee's aroma lingers,

Yet your absence leaves my fingers to linger.

A hundred days echo with your name,

In every line, my heart's silent flame.

Each word a testament, each stroke a sigh,

Longing for your touch, beneath the sky.

Distance separates, but love's bond prevails,

In whispered dreams and heartfelt tales.

The miles may stretch, the time may wane,

But my love for you will forever remain.

In every sunrise, I see your face,

In every sunset, your embrace.

Though oceans apart, our souls entwine,

In the symphony of love, yours and mine.

With each passing moment, I yearn for thee,

For you are the essence of my eternity.

So until the day we reunite, my dear,

Know that my love for you is crystal clear.

Through distance and time, we'll rise above,

For in our hearts, we'll always find our love
