Typical behaviours of those who possess leadership skills?

What routines do leaders typically follow

The only person I can think of is Mahendra Singh Dhoni, as you have all probably surmised. He has played some fantastic innings for India, but I love him more for the outstanding leader that he is. I picked up a few things from him and would like to share them.

Come forward during setbacks and give credit to others when successful: I have seen him come forward and take responsibility when India loses, but on the other hand, when India wins, he will give credit to the players, which is the most amazing thing about him.

Appreciation: He appreciates and supports his players extremely well; some players have stated that "Mahi knows us better than we know ourselves," and great leaders understand how to capitalize on an individual's talent.

Maintain your cool and calm composure: Many people who consider themselves leaders are carried away by emotions and make decisions that will hurt them in the future. M.S. Dhoni makes rational decisions because he understands how to set his emotions aside and use logic.

Humbleness: The greatest leaders are the ones who are the most down to earth, and Dhoni is one of them. I observed him on the field in many interviews and learned about this trait from many of his teammates.

Ability to take calculated risks and manage them well: He has won matches because he takes calculated risks and manages them well. I'm not saying he succeeds in every risk he takes; he fails in some, but he wouldn't have some matches if he hadn't taken those calculated risks.

Positivity: A great leader is extremely positive and creates a positive environment around him. Nobody wants to be around someone who is pessimistic. A great leader understands the importance of creating a positive environment for their team, organization, and individuals.

Understanding: He enjoys what he does and has pursued his passions. His understanding of the game and a specific situation distinguishes him as a great leader.

Results don't matter: You won't see him ecstatic when his team wins a game, nor will you see him depressed when his team loses, because he understands that winning and losing is part of the process; what matters is what you learned from the game.

Some Common habits for Leadership

Baby steps are crucial. Every day, they work on something that is a step closer to their ultimate goal.

They are extremely disciplined. Whether it's through their workouts, getting up early, or finishing a task.

They meditate and concentrate on what they want regularly. Many begin their days with a 20-minute meditation session in which they focus on what they want to attract throughout the day and receive it.

They do a lot of reading. They read books and articles on various topics, including world affairs, GK, politics, and even fashion. They value being informed and aware.

They pursue their interests. They may enjoy their job, but they do it if they enjoy playing golf on weekends. If they enjoy singing, they will sing.

They do not put off tasks. They will do whatever they want if they want to. They don't sit on the couch and watch another episode of Breaking Bad.

They spend time with the people they care about and who inspire them. For some, it could be their mentor, their children, or their partners. They try to spend as much time as possible with these people.

They stay away from negativity. They avoid things and people who spread negativity. They don't want to hang out with people who tell them the glass is half empty. They'd rather drink the water in that glass and do their business.

Well, The list would go on and on as I wrote. I believe that if we can become even 1% of what Dhoni is, we will become great leaders.
