I don't know what you're going through and I may never be able to understand. I know you can't put it into words or make sense of it all; that's okay because neither can I. So, let's let the music do the talking.

First, let's Take it Slow. Just breathe and Stay (With Me). I know your head is feeling like an Apocalypse, but I'm Next to You. Not literally, but I think you're getting the idea here.

I know deep inside you have Bruises, but you gotta have Faith. There's a saying, "This Too Shall Pass". It means, are you happy? Are things good? This shall pass. Are you upset, devastated even - good, this too shall pass. So you don't have to be an Escape Artist. But do understand, The Times They Are a-Changin.

And don't think for a second that your dwelling on these thoughts is Wasted Time. I know you've pondered them A 1000 Times, maybe even 2009 times. It's natural and a part of the process. But do know, you will have to eventually find a way to take control of the thoughts that Burn, Burn, Burn inside your head.

If I can relay some advice my old man taught me, it's that you only need to focus on About Today. You're Better Off staying in the present because the past will persuade you and the future will influence you. All you have control of is the present. So, don't go Chasing Cars.

Eliminate any unrealistic, past, or future thoughts that Sparks inside your head. It will do you no good. I'm not saying I'm good at this, actually, I may be the worst. It gives me lot's of Night Trouble when I really Need Some Sleep. Which is why I don't want that For you.

I know I've Never Felt So Alone and I'm sure this is how you're feeling too. And don't think for a second Painkillers will help Silence the pain. I've seen it secondhand, they don't.

So, forget the Substance. They're just Cold Damn Vampires, that are looking to suck you deeper into that downward spiral.

I repeat, do your best to not Surrender to your vices. Because although they may give you comfort, behind the curtain, they're out to Hurt you even more.

So how do you deal with this pain when you're all Out Of Love? Well, you don't have to be a Scientist to figure it out; the answer is quite simple.

You have to motivate yourself to step out of your comfort zone and try new things For the First Time. Open untouched doors, reach for new heights, and don't be afraid of the Landslide along the way. You have to persevere through and have High Hopes that these new experiences will bring the Wind of Change you're looking for.

It's easier said than done. However, by doing this, slowly but surely, you'll turn all those Bad Days into Beautiful Days. Then, with time, you'll recover your Stolen Dance.

You'll make Waves of new opportunities and re-discover What a Wonderful World it is. Because trust me, Blue Ain't Your Color. There's Something in the Orange - You just need to find it.

So, If Your Hearing This, don't Hide Away, take that first step into the unknown. Because All I Want for you is to be happy.

So whether you're From Austin or Sedona don't give up. Stay in the now, stay strong, step outside your comfort zone, and seek new experiences. This will make things better; this is how you grow.

"Better it is to live one day seeing the rise and fall of things than to live a hundred years without ever seeing the rise and fall of things." - Buddha

I hope these songs helped you.

This was a cool idea to incorporate music into your writing. I wish I knew all of the songs you used but I don't. I do recognize one song: Is High Hopes by Panic At The Disco? 😌
