Okay let's get started, I don't pull punches in my points and tips. With that in mind, these tips work for me so far and I thought I would share this with the public. I don't claim to know it all, but I have one weapon in my arsenal that know business owner I know has. Lack of passion for all products I sell to the public. With that said, let's get started.

As an author, I've been using my skills to promote my work. My social media gigs aren't that high right now.

The other reason, I've learned when starting a YouTube Channel is if you want to get straight to the point no intros, nothing. It's a good idea, and when you are trying to promote and give back to the author community it's the best thing to do.

On thing that bothers me is trying to adjust the camera quality of my channel.

Working so hard for what want can be a real pain when you don't know how 4k HD quality cameras work.

I had to return my HD quality camera because the HD 4k wasn't that clear. I think probably the hardest thing is when you start to realise maybe it's time to give up the YouTube dream. The enter into the YouTube Channel creator programme.

As an author we have a deep profound creative artistic wordsmith ability.

I learned to make my experiences for advertising fun.

I have colour coded, and I'm going to try a little something different. Writing a back story to protagonist, her love interest, and the villain.

That's just an insight of what I'm doing as far as my writing goes, and I have a cowriter who is helping me as well. It will be our first time using the pen name as used on Vocal called E.S. Aurelien.

So see what I mean with the whole advertising and marketing make it fun. Mix it up. Find out what works for you. So what may work for you might not for me, and vis-versa.

Even more so I created a group for all members of vocal not just for us but authors as well. To bring to communities together. I hope you all who follow or read this who is an author, or creator of vocal will join.

I encourage not just authors but readers to join as well, promote work, healthy conversation and debate. I think anything is possible for us as authors and creators on vocal. So the sky is the limit everyone.

Now to answer the questions of the does and the don't to marketing and advertising I have learned about this on my own. Some maybe common sense some maybe stuff that you never tried.

The Don't to Advertising:

1: Don't post to much or your audience may think you to be a scammer.

2: If you already have subs on any platform who are loyal followers make sure you don't keep posting tagging them in. If it's any relevance to them they will read it.

The do's to Advertising: Do make sure you read this some people may not know or never tried. Make sure you do what works for you.

1: Try not to post to much, if you can't help it try different platforms branch out. For authors and vocal creators try twitter, and Instagram.

2: Make the advertising creative, and it doesn't always mean you need to pay for the ad.

3: Make sure you are passionate about work. Your audience will know if you aren't.

The do's to Marketing: There are a lot of trial and errors to learning this but never the less this seems to work.

1: Marketing is simple for me do it without realising to your reader your doing it. For example, lately when I write a article I had links to previous articles or poems in a new piece.

2: Sharing with readers where they can reach me, or my author brand. Even my publishing brand too.

The website for Aurelien Publishing Services that was designed yet to be decided where the location will be. All that's known is it will be a home business starting out followed by a location and possibly staff in Medina County, Ohio.

See like this be informative to your audience without really trying. Be passionate don't give up.

3: Never give up whatsoever, make sure you learn how the formula what works for you.
