Whatever your reason, I am glad you are then and I hope that my experience can help guide you on your own trip towards awareness.

I decided to take on this challenge because I was feeling a bit burnt out and dissociated from my diurnal life. I was constantly on the go and I set up it hard to just decelerate down and be present in the moment. I was also floundering with stress and anxiety and I was hoping that a awareness practice could help me find some relief.

What I hoped to get out of the challenge was a lesser sense of inner peace and clarity. I wanted to feel more predicated and concentrated in my diurnal life and I was hoping that awareness could help me achieve that. I was also agitated to see how a harmonious awareness practice might impact my connections with others.

It's important to note that everyone's experience with a awareness challenge will be unique to them. What works for me might not work for someone differently and vice versa. That is the beauty of awareness – it's a particular practice that can be acclimatized to each existent's requirements. With that being said, I hope that by participating my experience, I can give some sapience and alleviation for anyone considering their own awareness trip.

Day 1

I started my 21 day awareness challenge with a bit of alarm . I have always been the type of person who is always on the go, always multitasking, and noway really taking the time to decelerate down and be present in the moment. The idea of setting aside time each day to concentrate on my breath and just be in the moment felt a bit intimidating, to be honest. But I was also agitated to see what a harmonious awareness practice could do for me.

As I sat down to meditate for the first time, I set up myself feeling a bit restless. My mind was contending with all the tasks I demanded to complete and I had a hard time settling into my breath. But as the twinkles ticked by, I sluggishly started to feel more and more present. By the end of my 20 nanosecond contemplation, I felt a sense of calm and clarity that I had not endured in a long time. It was a small palm, but an important bone .

One of the challenges I faced on the first day was simply making the time for my contemplation practice. I've a busy schedule and it can be delicate to sculpt out 20- 30 twinkles for myself each day. But I was determined to make it a precedence and I set up that formerly I sat down to meditate, the time sounded to fly by.

Overall, I consider the first day of my awareness challenge to be a success. It was not easy, but I am glad I stuck with it and I am looking forward to seeing how my practice evolves over the coming 20 days.

Day 7

A week into my awareness challenge and I am starting to notice some changes. For one, I am chancing it easier to concentrate on my tasks throughout the day. I am not getting as fluently distracted or overwhelmed and I am suitable to get further done in a shorter quantum of time. I am also sleeping better at night and feeling further rested in the morning. I attribute this to my diurnal contemplation practice, which has helped me wind down and let go of any stress or anxiety before bed.

But maybe the biggest change I have noticed is in my connections with others. I am chancing that I am more present and attentive when I am interacting with musketeers, family, and associates. I am not as quick to get frustrated or reply negatively and I am suitable to have further meaningful exchanges because I am really harkening to what the other person is saying. It's been a subtle shift, but a conspicuous bone .

Overall, I am feeling more balanced and centered as I make my way through this challenge. It's not always easy to find the time to meditate each day, but the benefits are surely worth it. I am looking forward to seeing how the rest of the challenge unfolds.

Day 21

It's hard to believe that my 21 day awareness challenge has come to an end. In some ways, it feels like it's flown by and in other ways, it feels like it's been a continuance. Over the once three weeks, I have learned so much about myself and the benefits of a harmonious awareness practice.

I am amazed by how much my diurnal contemplation has bettered my focus and productivity. I am getting further done in lower time and I am suitable to stay on track indeed when I am faced with distractions. I am also sleeping better and feeling further rested overall.

But maybe the biggest takeaway for me has been the positive impact awareness has had on my connections. I am more present and attentive when I am interacting with others and I am chancing that I am suitable to have further meaningful, authentic exchanges.

In short, I am feeling more predicated, more present, and more at peace. I am thankful for the experience and I plan to continue my awareness practice well beyond these 21 days. It's come an integral part of my diurnal routine and I do not want to lose the sense of calm and clarity it brings me.

I largely recommend anyone considering a awareness challenge to give it a pass. It's not always easy, but the benefits are truly life- changing. Trust me, it's worth it.

Conclusion

As I reflect on my 21 day awareness challenge, I am filled with gratefulness and a sense of accomplishment. When I started this trip, I was not sure what to anticipate and I was a bit bullied by the idea of a harmonious awareness practice. But as it turns out, the challenge was a truly transformative experience.

Over the once three weeks, I have endured firsthand the multitudinous benefits of a harmonious awareness practice.
