Fat-Biking in the wintertime
Fall time temperatures arise and the overwhelming feeling of the season change comes in about November in Michigan. The mornings are crisp and the days are getting shorter. I found myself missing the thought of jumping on the bike and hitting the trails. I ride a full suspension bike mostly in the warm months and place it in storage in the garage for the long wintery season. All spring summer and fall I was riding consistent on the trails, nothing to fancy but would get in my daily rides and feel somewhat healthy after a long grueling day in the office. Ive felt like mountain biking was my calling, I would rarely miss a opportunity to ride at the local park, One of the best parts about riding was the freedom and setting a goal formyself to live a healthy lifestyle. At 46 I was not as interesteed in going to the gym and doing robotic exercises. My calling was getting out into the woods and meetings some other riders. My perspective changed the day I met a few riders on FatBikes. I had no idea what they were and at first glance I thought they were just "goofy" looking. I came to a resting point and there was a fatbiker at the same crossroads I was at. During our water break I was asking all sorts of questions about his bike and what it was used for. My mind was blown, and I knew I wanted to be joining the thousands of people that ride these fat bikes thought the snow, mud and sand all season long.

An Honest Review of Gabby Bernstein's 21-Day Manifesting Challenge
Gabrielle (Gabby) Bernstein is a New York Times bestseller, and ironically is a New York based motivational speaker and life coach. After the crazy and fatiguing moments that last year (2023, as at the time of writing) manifested in the end, combined with an unexpected health scare before Santa could make his way down the chimney; I seriously needed some more motivation to kick start a brand new year on the right note. The choose-again method in the program was also quite helpful.

The 1% and the Dreams
The human spirit is a fascinating and complex entity. It possesses an insatiable curiosity, constantly yearning for more. It dares to dream, to imagine a future adorned with vibrant and vivid colors of ambition. However, it is disheartening to note that amidst the initial spark of inspiration and the ultimate realization of dreams, many aspirations flicker and fade away into oblivion. Startling statistics paint a bleak picture, revealing that only a mere 1% of individuals persistently pursue their dreams until they are fully accomplished. This begs the question: What sets apart the 99% from this extraordinary 1%? What distinguishes those who watch their dreams wither away from those who witness them bloom into tangible reality?

If you feel directionless and lost, read this.
If you feel directionless and lost, read this. The synchronicity at which success and failure hit us is believed to be the rhythmic flair of life. Striving to be the best we can ever be, our tireless endeavours plunge us into the uncertain waters that challenge us and propel us to move forward. But as we stride on this journey, there are often when we lose our sense of belief that we hold, the virtue of our strength often loses itself in the dreary desert of dejection and hopelessness, when life takes an unexpected turn, the one that was not anticipated. While it is true that everything that is meant for us will find us in due course of time, the anticipation and expectation of working towards something and not having it always simmers the hope we hold for ourselves.

Eclipsing Shadows: Embracing Discipline for Personal Fulfillment
Under the sky, in the glow of dawn, the moral duty that lies within each of us awakens. A duty that does not nestle in the books of doctrine, but in the deepest recesses of the soul, a call that resonates among the stars and reverberates in the beating of our hearts. It is the duty to seek, to pursue with determination that which bestows authentic meaning and fulfillment upon our existence, even if it entails venturing into the dark corners of sacrifice.
