Your Spirit awaits
There has been many events in my life that I have faced which has caused me to crawl inside myself. I would hide from the world, lay in bed, drink wine, find a tv show that would take away any thoughts. Until one day something that I thought was in my head but actually took place in my spirit, just clicked. I wanted to grow closer with myself. I can not explain how it happened, what I was doing when it happened , it just happened! I kept calling it my core. “I’m getting back to my core, the old me.” I would say, not know how true that statement was, or how centered, or deep this journey would take me. I didn’t know the actual name, or understand its actual name. I didn’t understand what was taking place in my life, or what I should do about it. It was constantly on my mind that I would try to share this “awakening” with anyone that would listen. I could have not have had a worse idea. See when you’re learning more about yourself, and trying to become in tune with your spirit, you can NOT try to convey that with others who have not reached that part of spiritual maturity!

if this, than that
When I look up from the keyboard I see clutter. Clutter everywhere. The table that I am using as my desk is full of papers, not all eight and a half by eleven, but all sizes. Torn rectangle ish scraps: one containing a book recommendation from a client, another part of a grocery list, there is even one that has comingled items: notes from a talk about biomechanics of the shoulder joint, and the beginnings of a poem. Things that can not be filed, because isn't the point of notes to stick out and remind you of something. I have tried the digital version to no avail because it too gets buried. I sigh, and swivel my chair into the rest of the apartment to see dished overstuffed in the open shelving in the kitchen, the thoroughfare, from here to there has a couch with electronics, more papers, three cups and books, some in stacks, some strewn around like litter, decorating the floor with no reasonable explanation as to why. I don't identify as a slob, but when you look around my space, perhaps I am.

The art of Discipline
Discipline is rough. My whole life it's something I've tried to develop though I've struggled to actually get anywhere with it. I know the benefits, I believe in the message, but walking it out has been my great dragon to slay. There are areas of life and certain disciplines where it comes more easily to me. Maintaining a workout schedule and routine isn't very hard for me, but going to bed at eleven o'clock is. As a Christian, someone who's passionate about what he believes in, everyone expects me to read the Bible… well, religiously. I think they expect me to have it built into my daily routine, but the truth is it's just like all the other disciplines. Even a gym schedule can be difficult.

The Gen Zers
If there is one thing I wish everyone to take away from life existences, it's this paragraph. No matter your dreams, financial situation, work ethic, talent, or luck, there will always be moments in time where you are knocked off your feet by someone, or something.

Disturbing The Peace
Often we tend to disturb our own minds into hysteria. We can't control our thinking if we are constantly overthinking. I use to think it was because of others that I could not find peace, but sometimes we have to look at the reflection of ourselves. Now don't get me wrong, other people in our space can "disturb the peace" as well, but we don't have to allow them to do so.

Make An Impact
You are just one individual in a world of over 7.8 billion people. It would be extremely hard for you to believe that someone, such as yourself, could possibly have any form of impact or influence over such a vast population, and you'd be right, it would be extremely hard to believe. Such a belief however, is a limiting belief, because the truth is, you can indeed have a positive impact and influence over millions, even billions, of people. Let's take a look at someone like music superstar Ed Sheeran, as an example. 15 years ago, hardly anyone had even heard of him, or knew of him. Nowadays, he has gone on to sell over 150 million records worldwide, and is now placed as the world's 22nd highest selling music artist of all time. His success has led him to have a net worth of over $360 million AUD. Okay, so that's just fame and fortune, but because we are so wrapped up in all the creativity and uniqueness of Sheeran's singing and songwriting, we often overlook the fact that he also donates to several charities and causes, and that's not even mentioning the generous acts he does for his fans on occasions, such as providing them with free pizza after having waited so long to enter the stadium in which he was to perform. The standout feature of Ed Sheeran is his character, as he is a role model to people all around the world on the various values and behaviors we should all possess, such as having the drive and passion to do what we love in life, having the perseverance, resilience, and determination to pursue our goals, having the kindness, care, generosity, love, and compassion, to help and give to others, and having the calmness, composure, and control, in maintaining a positive mindset and not reacting to critics or judgement. Even just through his songwriting, Sheeran creates impact and influence. All of this from a boy who sang in the choir at his local church, and started to learn how to play the guitar at the age of 11. I'd say that's a pretty impressive resume from one individual in a world of over 7.8 billion people.

Brainstorm series. Young adult struggles.
Becoming an adult might seem an exciting thing. Don't get me wrong, it is! When I was a child, I remember vividly how excited I was for the future. I imagined living in the city, going to work, and walking home, and then it seemed like such a dream. A young mind of mine was a lot excited for the future. But in life all good things have downsides. As of now, I am facing adulthood and the happiness I had when I was still a child is somehow lost. And that's what I am going to be talking about today.

How to Have a Retreat Day at Home
In the summer of 2017, I did a week-long yoga retreat in the mountains of Serbia. It was one of the most life-changing experiences I’ve ever been through. Not only because of the direct result of this week but because I learned a magic trick.

6.Surrender and become your authentic self.
We all at one moment in time have craved for a sense of direction, for a sign from above to be sent directly to us to aid in the flux of self-discovery. We all hope that this will lead us to our true purpose and ultimately understand our universal role in connection to the realm of spirituality. We need to make our intention focused with an open mind and pure heart if we want to receive guidance from our spiritual family. Interpretation of the answers we seek from the Number six is drawing your attention to the domestic realm, the number that represents the unconditional love that a mother brings. To give and to receive is a great gift associated with the Heart. Most often, it brings love, healing, and gentleness to all situations. In numerology, the number 6 represents The Lovers Card, regarded as feminine, relating to the planet Venus and the zodiac sign Virgo.
