Make Your Day and Get Out of Your Way!
We must sometimes get out of our own way and take a risk. However, fear of failing, of being laughed at, disliked, or thought poorly of, may keep us from venturing into the unknown and from progressively building new talents, abilities, and life experiences.

The Best
I am not sure if every martial arts instructor asks this exact same question to a prospective or new student, but, in some form, I think "What is your goal for taking martial arts?" comes up often in the first couple of conversations. Most students struggle with many issues to bring them to participate in martial arts. Some want to be physically fit, others want to be able to protect themselves, and some are just curious. But, a large percentage state the following answer, "I want to be the best."

Healing the soul through peace to be happy.
Anger, rage, and frustration do not bode well for anyone. The reason for this is that it leads one to make irresponsible behavioral choices that give rise to many complications in our overall personality. Well, why don’t you want to feel relaxed at every moment of your life? You need to relax because you are stressing yourself too much without any specific reason. Stress is not good for your health, your productivity, or your happiness. Invent your unique strategy to relax your mind. That will help you overcome your anger and frustration. If you are able to manage this, you are on the right track to saying good bye to your stress level. Just abiding by this principle of immense faith in oneself is enough to make your anger and frustration begin to dissipate and bring you much needed- solace. You are devising your own ways of feeling relaxed and energetic. To feel that way, what you really have to control is your stress and anger, the main culprits for distancing you from your happiness, making it very rare for you to enjoy it in abundance.

13 Things to Avoid When Changing Habits
Habit is habit, and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.— Mark Twain I’ve learned a lot about changing habits in the last 2 1/2 years, from quitting smoking to taking up running and GTD and vegetarianism and waking early and all that. I could go on, of course, but you get the picture.

Skill In-Drill: Recognition
Looking over the past few posts, I wanted to share with my audience a few drills or observations to enhance daily life. For this lesson or drill, let's take a look at recognition. How often does anyone see the following: You are walking in [Insert Public Place] and notice that 75% or greater of the occupants are paying more attention to their smartphone than the activities of the place they are cohabitating.

How to change your life
Life is actually fairly basic, but we insist on making it more complicated. I kept thinking about pointless things that didn't help me at all and only added to the chaos in my life. After reflecting on my life, I learned that in order to appreciate life, you must develop positive habits and learn to view it through the lens of positive thinking, because if you just see it through the lens of negative thinking, you will never be able to enjoy it. Believe me, I've tried both and discovered that I'm the one who creates my own world. That is to say, I get to pick how I interpret a circumstance and how I react to it.

Choices That You Will Regret
I have a habit of envisioning what it would be like if I followed through on a decision I'm now making, and there are times when I realize that if I go down a particular road, I'll almost certainly regret my decision. I often consider about options and decisions that, if I had made them, might have resulted in a different outcome in my life.
