Do u think that leaders are created at the top world-level hierarchy?

I don't believe in it, and I can say that we all are born as a leader. We just require to search for the switch in ourself which will switch on the leader mode in us.

I had developed a belief earlier after listening to and observing society that people can become a leader when they are holding a higher position hierarchy in any organization, like Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The criteria for getting the leader tag is to settle on the higher rank post else you will not be respected nor eligible for the leader clan. I had two options whether to blindly accept the concept regarding leadership or to think over the age-old concept and modify it as per the future trend. I have started changing my mindset that I need to search for the switch inside myself to switch on the leader mode. I have changed my belief that I don't agree with the leadership concept and need a change in the approach to look over. I have made an approach that whatever the job role I will be working I will take ownership of the resulting outcome. I have taken an oath to help other people search and switch on their leader mode and will not play the blame game. Leadership is not restricted only to work performance, but it's applicable In our daily life also. The leaders are always remembered by the people with whom they have influenced or interacted, even if they are not holding any authority. My interest lies in the modified approach to leadership quality, so I have started changing my mindset and approach to dealing with the situation.

Suggestion to search and switch on the leader mode

Listening habit: Please open your ears to listen to the entire conversation and understand the context rather than just reacting without analyzing the data. We must keep our minds open to get an overview of the situation as it will help in taking a step forward for further action.

Ownership of decision: We should be confident with our approach, and the final decision will be ours and should not be influenced by anyone. We must take ownership of the resulting outcome as we had a calculative and data-driven approach during the planning phase.

Focus on your goal: We must stick to our plans and try to avoid people's tantrums that may mislead us. Please don't play the blame game if the result Doesn't go in your way, as u are running away from the responsibility.

Art of Discipline: Look at every work as a challenge to accomplish in an efficient manner. Breakdown down the entire work into smaller divisions of work, which will have better control and insight into the implementation. Please maintain discipline not only in the work but also in our daily life routine, which we will celebrate as an achievement. The small discipline in our activity will build confidence for efficiently dealing with the activity.

Communication: It's one of the key factors which will convey our thoughts and reflects our gesture. The conversation from our side should always be on a positive note in spite of blunt responses from the other people. We should present and convey the necessary action in a gentle manner. The points should be projected in a sophisticated way with a problem-solving approach in a discussion. Please take the initiative regarding bringing any reforms to the ongoing process, which will make you stand out among everyone. We will present our views and not try to impose them on anyone. We will have the guts to accept the discussion outcome.
