Women who inspire

When I think of an inspirational woman I think of a woman with vigorous virtues. There are many inspiring women I can think of throughout history and now through the days of time who possess these virtues, that have helped shape me into the woman I am today and aided in the growth into who I am becoming.

These women look toward the future, a future of better days while holding the power to heal others and themselves through their source of hardships of many kinds. The ones that bear proof, “from a concrete a flower can grow“. All while some days not seeing that they are the flower.

These are the women that reminded us that if we believe it or not we are special and that there is a purpose for our life.

These are the women who held our hand as we walked away from the things that we held onto that weren't meant to stay and yet hard to let go of . Even in the, “It’s hard to believe in good days”, these are the women that reminded us to believe in ourselves and the rest would come in love and in healing.

What this specific woman has taught me and continues to remind me by living by example is,

TO LET YOUR FAITH BE BIGGER THAN YOUR FEAR!

“Anxious, tired- some days

Inspired, ready to rock it out- most days

But, blessed- everyday”

These were a few of Shanequa’s words when we checked on each other.

Feel free to examine these thoughts carefully.

How they’re placed.

The good and the bad.

I smiled because I knew, she knew she was going to be ok!

She used the word “BUT”.

From what I know, when you use the word “but“, it negates whatever proceeds it.

Meaning, that some days may be anxious due to the uncertainty. More specifically as of today COVID-19 has caused the shut down of basically the normality of life. In her case, her small business that she receives most of her income to provide for her family as a single mother has closed and she continues to push forward. With uncertainty of how long this will last she uses all her talents and gifts to still provide for her and her family, exhausting every option that falls inline with her vision.

Yes, she’s persistent.

While most days, even in those some days, She wakes up ready to rock it out due to the impact she sees that she makes among other inspiring women who lean on her for some tools we all need to grow.

Encouragement, love, understanding, patience, and compassion.

Some days may turn into most days and most days may go back to some days but, they never stay into everyday.

When your cup is pouring out all those tools into others for them to grow, a product of blessings begin to fill the cup back up. She understood that.

This is a virtue of selflessness, to see others flourish as they wish to see in themselves. I know and live by it as “The Golden Rule”, treat others as you wish for them to treat you. I chose Shanequa to write about because, Finding a person who has the same vision in unity by uplifting others in the same profession, to others might cause a sense of competition, jealousy, bitterness, and even hatred. In history and in my life span I have witnessed this, in turn bringing a destruction that causes distrust and even a disconnection between people when initially the common goal is to unite.

Shanequa did not choose that path, instead of looking at me as competition or someone that can dim her light she saw me as she was, a woman who is on her journey to do the same. Unite, empower, inspire, share, and grow with the gifts that I obtain. We recognize each other‘s strengths and weaknesses, we help strengthen where the other may fall short so we have the ability to fulfil what we were put on this earth to do.

To be a reminder for each other that in our journey we should not fear what we are great at doing and we do not walk the path alone. Spiritually and physically there is a powerful tribe with us that respect us and honor our determination and perseverance. Sisters not bound by blood, instead bound by vision.

Women who inspire are the future and the future we see does not exclude a person due to their color, their shape, their size...

We include all who are open to receiving all healthy forms of abundance the universe has to offer us as a people.

She is a woman that inspires women.

Those who are able to inspire women are able to inspire and grow nations.
