How To Be Happy Single And Live Your Best Life
You Can Be Happy Single, and Live Your Best Life You don't have to feel like you might be drowning, or like the complete world is resting utterly in your shoulders. Being single isn't a nasty factor. You have to start out seeing singlehood as one thing apart from the absence of an associate and begin seeing it as a section of non-public rediscovery and self-love.

Why I Write
I write because I can. I know it may not be the best of the best or everyone’s cup of tea. But that’s okay- I don’t write for anyone but me. Yes I may post it online, share it to my social media, what have you. I’m not looking for money though, or a shot at being published. It’s simply for me. Read it or don’t, it’s not for me to say.

Honouring Your Path
Are you honouring your path? Each of us is here to walk a different path. And on that path, we are either taking the steps that lead us forward or hold us back depending on our choices. It is easy to compare our journey to everyone else, and it can be hard to remember that our journey is for our soul’s growth, especially when we feel stuck. But feeling stuck can be a positive thing. It can help us to see that it’s time to honour ourselves and our path because this journey isn’t about the destination, it’s about how we get there, the experiences we have, and what we learn along the way.

Why write at all?
Vocal keeps popping up on my Instagram account like a beacon beckoning me to publish something, anything even remotely creative. Why would I join when I don't have much to say? I'm naturally introverted and observant, not one for social media posts. I've posted about 10 photos in 5 years. I'm an overthinker, worrier and physically unaware; I bump into door frames more than once a day. On the other hand, I have somehow accumulated a lifetime's worth of experiences before the age of 30.

5 Ways You Can Build Thick Skin
In the last blog I discussed the 3 reasons why some people do not possess thick skin and lack emotional strength. I mentioned how some people were born with a silver spoon in their mouth, can't handle constructive criticism well and only are content with a 7th place trophy.

Party-Pooper Questions To Build Your Wealth
I was on the ground floor of the UMASS Amherst library, shelves of dust-covered tomes looming over me. I flipped open a book as big as a bread loaf. As I sifted through the pages, a woman stared at the text with the crumb-size letters. “Looks like fascinating stuff.”

Multi-tasking vs. Focusing
I’m just 1 person. So how do I get as much done as 3 people? The simple answer I usually give is that I multi-task, but that isn’t exactly true. Sometimes I multi-task and sometimes I focus, depending on my state of mind, the sort of task at hand, and the importance of the task.

Beginning of an Empath
Throughout my younger formative years, I was often ridiculed, and criticized by others who I called ”close.” It was difficult for others to understand me, and more difficult for me to allow others to become close to me. I have always wondered why I would often go home, and feel utterly drained from the stress of school and home. Why was I being drained? Why did I allow myself to be drained? I numerously asked myself.

Ready, set, manifest...in 2021
Hmmm. So I'm not gonna even talk about 2020 - actually, you know what, it wasn't all that bad for me to be really honest. I got to spend lots of time with my family, which I'm sure not all of us got to do before the pandemic. I rediscovered visual art, something I 'never found the time for', like many others would say about a lot of things. And lastly, I found ways in which to be grateful for a lot in my life, and worked on myself..A LOT..because duh, I was hanging out with almost everyday. LOL.
