Why I am supporting Liptember
Welcome to Liptember! This is my first year supporting this wonderful cause and I want to share my ‘why’. Liptember is all about supporting Women’s Mental Health and when you look at the statistics from the current research, it’s easy to see why we need to support women and their mental health.

You are Beautiful
If you could share only one message for the rest of your life, what would it be? This question was posed by a mentor of mine, Dr Ricci-Jane Adams, Principal of The Institute for Intuitive Intelligence. It is a question that really struck at my core and one that inspired me to really think about what my message is and what I want to share.

Understanding Body Image
I want to start by saying that I know how complicated body image can be. It’s a hard subject to tackle and a struggle for many. What makes it so difficult is that it’s so subjective. How I see myself is going to be a lot different to how you see me and when you are struggling to understand your relationship with your body or understand your emotional or disordered eating, your body image plays such an important part.

Honouring Your Path
Are you honouring your path? Each of us is here to walk a different path. And on that path, we are either taking the steps that lead us forward or hold us back depending on our choices. It is easy to compare our journey to everyone else, and it can be hard to remember that our journey is for our soul’s growth, especially when we feel stuck. But feeling stuck can be a positive thing. It can help us to see that it’s time to honour ourselves and our path because this journey isn’t about the destination, it’s about how we get there, the experiences we have, and what we learn along the way.

What You Read in the Akashic Records
Most of us are aware that the Akasha holds a great deal of information. One of the benefits of other, higher dimensions is that time is not linear and there’s no one way to do things. While the Akashic Records can be personal and allow us to read our soul’s history to uncover and unlock our fears, beliefs and patterns of behaviour that have followed us throughout time, there is a lot more you can do with the Akashic Records than just read your own soul.

Happiness is doing what makes your heart sing
Let’s begin with this… Life isn’t meant to be about fear or pain or suffering. Life is meant to be about love, joy, and happiness. Yet so many of us are sitting in a space in which we are creating more pain and suffering for ourselves. We are making ourselves sad and sick. We are turning our backs on those things that used to bring us so much joy and happiness.

Understanding Soul Contracts
In the spiritual realm, our soul contracts are important but they are not something that is really spoken about. Which is a little strange, I think because our soul contracts are an essential part of who we are and our journey here on earth. And as a Quantum Akashic Guide, I’ve come to learn and appreciate the importance of these contacts, not just in my life, but in the lives of my clients.

Why Growth Looks Like Destruction
Everything in life moves in cycles, not just the cycle of life, death and rebirth but cycles of increase and decrease as well. We all travel through the hills and valleys, the ups and downs, the struggles and the achievements, and it’s easy sometimes to forget that things will get better.
