Address to Nowhere
Based on a true story. David was living the wrong kind of life. He decided this, all of a sudden, right as he was lifting his key into the hole of a tin mail box in his apartment complex. A group of rogue teenage boys were kicking something around on a lobby floor splotched with stains, laughing louder than they needed to. An elderly man carried his cane and his mail tucked under his arm as he left without saying hello. Everything was the same, and David couldn’t pinpoint anything that would suddenly motivate him to reevaluate his life. Maybe it was that sameness that finally got to him.

Life
It is a very cold winter night, so cold that even the roads cannot bear the coldness but must give way for the snow and New York being one of the coldest states in America can be so cold that it makes it difficult for activities to be carried out normally. It is on this night that Mark Williams decides to leave his shelter under the bridge to find a warmer and more comfortable place to rest for the night. A young man of just 21 years of age finds himself on the streets after jumping from one foster home to another and never really finds any stability and nothing purposeful to do in life. His shirt all torn which exposes his skinny chest, his trousers all torn and parched; his winter jacket is so brown that one cannot make out its color and his hair is so long, stinking, shabby so much that he could be mistaken for one of the mad scientist of the 14th century.

The Roller Coaster Tycoon
P.1 GOOD-BYE, FOR NOW. The house is colder than usual today. Earlier this morning, I watched from the entrance of the airport's security cue as my wife and daughter went through it without me. I stood there for a moment, dreaming of the day I could afford to go away with them whenever I pleased. They had to go back east on bereavement; a justifiable domestic flight during a global pandemic. To make this trip worth the inherent risk, they will be out of town for a while. I intend to make the most of this time alone. Maybe I’ll start a home workout regiment or finish a couple of books I’ve been meaning to.

What You Think, You Become
It's interesting that so many of us are so routined and committed in going to the gym regularly, so we can work hard on toning our body and building our muscles. Why is it so interesting, you may well ask? Well, let's get one thing clear firstly, it's definitely not a bad thing to be going the gym, because it's fantastic for our health and well-being to be exercising intensely and regularly, in turn burning fat, and keeping in shape. I would love to know though, how many gym goers genuinely do it for the sole purpose of benefiting their health, or whether they actually go to the gym just for the sake of looking attractive in the mirror and to others. There's no doubt there is some element to the health side of things for everyone, but is that truthfully their sole purpose, or is it really just a vanity thing? Only each individual can answer that question honestly to themselves. At the end of the day though, it's great that these gym junkies are making the effort to exercise, as most other people are just downright lazy and lack willpower, so a massive credit to them. As far as why I find it interesting though? Well, most of these people who are committed and routined in going to the gym to tone and strengthen their muscles, in order to feel healthy and attractive, actually fail to apply the same level of commitment and energy into strengthening one of the most important components of the human body, the mind. I'm certainly not picking on the gym junkies though, as once again, they at least have the willpower, motivation, and commitment, to be getting off their butt and exercising. They are at least strengthening the physical appearance of their body, and keeping healthy, whilst most other people aren't strengthening and conditioning their body whatsoever, including their mind.

Once Forgotten but Twice Remembered.
Getting lost in his thoughts of grief, he leaned on his steering wheel and started to cry. His tears made him remember that he was alone in this great big world with no family, no close friends, and no dream to purpose his existence. For the last seven years, he had committed his life to an employer, and with a change of administration, his treasured work ended. He found himself fighting a losing battle hoping to obtain an approved unemployment claim, but the appeal was denied for the second time. If he misses one more payment, his family farmhouse will enter foreclosure, and immediate eviction will be his fate. They say a man not supposed to cry, but what exactly is he to do when the pressure of the world is crushing his will?

In Search of The Little Black Book
In Search of The Little Black Book Life had beaten me down; I was marred from the journey as I traveled from one place to another trying to find refuge wondering through valleys beaten by the sun piercing my skin leaving a thirst that couldn't be quenched by anything even the fresh water from the brook. Climbing mountains that were rigged and snowcapped, my feet and my hands bitten by the frost. Yet I continued in search of this little black book someone told me about, I was determined to find it. I was told that if if found this book and read it and followed the instructions that my life would be changed and that I would be restored back in to the kingdom. You see, I am the daughter of a king and before there there were any valleys, before, there were any mountains, before there were any hills and brooks, I dwelled in this kingdom, it was paradise, I was there with my father and somehow, I wondered off and got lost. I have been searching for this book for years now because I was told that it would restore me. I was told that this little black book had secret passages and corridors and every corridor lead to a greater dimension. I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book, I was driven by a deep desire and an overwhelming anticipation. Regardless of the struggle, regardless of what I had to go through or how hard the journey was or how long it would take I was determined to find that little black book, I would be forever lost without it. I don't know how I wondered so far away from home, I miss the fellowship with my father and all of the host of servants. I miss talking to him and the peaceful times that we shared. I missed how we would walk through the kingdom hand in hand and how he would calm all of my fears and dry up all of my tears. I remember the times that I would be troubles and just talking to him would make all of my troubles go away.

Self-love and unapologetic queerness in recovery
As I was writing my Full Moon intentions and what I’m releasing tonight, and thinking more about what I want to bring in, I’ve realized that I have already had a lot of moments lately where I feel like I’m in a higher state of joy than I had been in a while. Extra energized; smiling and laughing more, scream singing songs in the car, feeling so confident and empowered within myself when I am getting ready for the day and just truely fucking enjoying who I am, in this moment and the person I’ve been and still am blossoming into. And she’s always been there, but for a long time she’s been scared and she didn’t know how to tap into this joy, or that she deserved it, didn’t know if and how she could access it.

An Unlucky, Lucky day
Under the stars she prayed, next to the trees she hoped. Token just like her name was unfamiliar with normal. An artist her whole life from a poor up bringing. She genuinely believed in magic, but was still very much so a realist. See Token had what most people in her life had deemed reverse luck. If it was easy, it was most likely be hard or unlikely for her but if it was hard or unlikely, then it would come to Token like a fresh breeze on a spring day. Complication was something she often found ways to deal with easily.

How I crafted my life into a masterpiece
Standing in front of the mirror, I felt disappointed in myself. I zeroed in on my midsection, pulling at the fat I’d accumulated around my stomach. I was disgusted. Within the last few months throughout lockdown, I’d gained at least 10kgs. How did I let this get so out of control?

Please RSVP
You’ve made the RSVP list. You know just who you want at your 34th birthday celebration and to be honest, it’s quite the particular list if you will. As you’ve gotten older, “less is more” and yes, “quality over quantity” is no cliché, but now somewhat a part of the golden rules of your life. You decided this right after you decided that adding more folic acid to your diet and chugging green smoothies for breakfast was part of the new regime you called “life in your 30s.”
