The Final Miracle
Christopher knew that he was meant to become a lawyer. Lawyers protected people and helped them solve problems that were too big for them to solve by themselves, especially people like him and his family: poor people without position or power. All they had to protect them against injustice and inequality was the law and that meant lawyers and that's what Christopher was meant to be.

Top 20 Books of 2020
Back in 2013 I gave myself the challenge of reading one book a week, which I greatly enjoyed and was able to repeat in 2014, but then life got in the way. I moved from London to Glastonbury, got married, and set up a theatre company with my husband Stephen Cole, His & Hers Theatre Company; for years we have been incredibly busy with performances and modelling, amongst other things, but then everything changed, like it did for most people in the performing industries, with the pandemic. Although we have carried on performing and modelling online, and in person during the months when it was possible, I was also able to read a whopping 54 books, most of which had been on my to-read list for ages, some of which came in as gifts, some of them even written by fellow writer friends.

The Avid Lifter's Post-COVID Return to the Iron
PUSH DAY 2 After the first half of week 2, time to wrap back around and hit push day 2. I enjoy this day, as it's less conventional and I give myself a little freedom. In general, I'll start with floor press, but this lift is more effective at higher weights, so I think I'll switch it to incline bench for the week. I may go back and forth, as both help overall push strength significantly. I went up to 155 pounds for 6 reps, but think I could do as much as 175 for 6 reps. Happy where that stands. From there, I went to standing strict press. I'd like to at least lift my bodyweight over my head, but I'm a way off from that at the moment. Next, I worked in some slow dips, making the last 3 or 4 reps on each set torture. Side raises and fly's for accessory, then finished with tri work. Made it extra tough on my arms today, brutal. But if you don't love that, stay out of the gym.

"It's Rehab Time"
Trent Simmons Shelton: I never knew him as a Football player, even though he was. He played college football for Baylor then moved on to the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2007, Seattle Seahawks (2008), Washington Redskins (2009), and the Tulsa Talons (2011).

Absolute Freedom from Suffering
So, ABSOLUTE Freedom From Suffering huh. That should be the goal. The absolute goal. FREEDOM. If you are doing something right or making mistakes, you have to be free from it. We have an imperfect mind and body, so mistakes are inevitable. It's our nature. We learn by mistakes.
