It's not that life is cheating you, but you are torturing yourself

When you encounter the hardships of life, you must have a positive mindset and live each day well

I once heard a saying: "If life cheats you, do not be depressed, do not be indignant, when it does not go well, restrain yourself, for the time being, believe it, the day of happiness will come."

The more you try to escape, the easier it is to make yourself suffer, rather than actively face the suffering and live each day in the present.

"Behind the dark clouds, there is still a brilliant sunny day."

It is more important to live happily by yourself than anything else.

1. Set your mind right

Wang Guozhen said, "Pessimistic people are first defeated by themselves. Then defeated by life; optimistic people, first defeated themselves, and then defeated life."

Very often, what defeats a person is not the ordeal itself, but the self in a negative mood.

There is hope to win, but in the eyes can only see the loss.

If you don't adjust your mindset in time, you will only lose, again and again, making you more and more desperate and even doubtful of your abilities.

Instead of being dominated by negative emotions and going in the wrong direction, it is better to adjust your mindset and face everything in life with an optimistic attitude.

Even if reality is very different from the imagination, as long as the courage to take the first step, the future has unlimited possibilities.

Inevitably, the beginning is not smooth, persistent efforts can eventually create a miracle so that the "impossible" becomes "possible".

A person only learns to set the right mindset, and optimistic face life, to embrace the life they want.

Even if it is a deep valley, as long as there is still the courage to start over, then no matter how to go uphill, perhaps grit your teeth and persevere, you can survive all the hardships and usher in the new life you want.

There is nothing that can't be overcome, sitting on the sidelines to face negativity, rather than optimism to face the initiative, optimism is a kind of salvation, that can let you see hope in despair.

2. Pleasing yourself

There is no shortage of people who are used to "pleasing others" in life, thinking that they can use this to get what they want, but they do not think that the lower the posture, the easier it is for people to look down on.

A desire to please others, in return, will only be an inch of progress.

There is not much time to waste in this life, spending too much time pleasing others, is undoubtedly the "torture" of their own, not in exchange for the desired "genuine", but will be wrongly paid.

It is better to spend time on making yourself happy, to do what you want to do, to live the life you want to live, to be with the people you like ...... not for others, only for yourself.

People only learn to please themselves, and openly accept their true selves, to find the real way to live for themselves, so that they are happier and happier.

The world is so big, we are so small, it is impossible to make everyone happy, the only thing you can do is to please yourself, listen to your true innermost thoughts, to do what you want to do.

I heard a story about a child who learned this and that to "please" his parents, one day listening to his father's words to learn the piano, the next day listening to his mother's words to learn to dance, and was so busy every day that he ended up doing nothing well, wasting his time and tossing himself.

Both parents believe that the other's choice delayed the child's future, always quarrel every day, and finally, the feelings of the noise can only end in divorce.

To please, in the end, what you get will only be empty, rather than do what you are interested in.

The fact is that you will not be able to get a good deal on your own, but rather to please yourself and live a better life.
