Probably, each has its own nuances, depending on the starting point, what you came to the beginning of the path with.

What is needed first?

As Osho, who helped me a long time ago, and not only him, said, it is necessary to cleanse the vessel that you will fill.

Arriving with a brain full of knowledge, you cannot put anything into it. Therefore, it is necessary to cleanse it of old belief-pattern-programs, no matter what you call it.

Here comes a person and says - I want to quickly change my life.

How long have you lived in your past life?

And you want to change instantly?

It doesn't work that way.

Unless you go to the magician and ask him to cleanse you, conjure with your subtle bodies, so that he will do everything for you.

Do you trust this person implicitly? Are you ready to give your holy of holies - your soul, so that he “builds” there at his own discretion and, based on his purity, your vision of happiness?

I can say that as a person who has lived for a long time in the world of knowledge and development, this is fraught.

In the meantime, if you are ready to work, that is, you are ready to do what you came here (to Earth) for, to experience knowledge, then you are welcome.

How does this happen?

Work on three levels: consciousness (thinking), soul (heart, feeling) and body.

And, of course, you need to remember about the vibration frequency. That is, the environment where you live, and its constant impact on you.

So you broke into such a long-awaited vacation, you were emotionally nourished, you got charged and enjoyed life, you relaxed (relaxed your body) and turned off your brain. That is, you "worked" at all levels, there was an increase in vibrations.

And now you are back in your familiar environment, and what happens after a while? You return to the previous state, and, possibly, even a little lower.

What is necessary?

  1. Having a vision of what you want to come to is a dream.
  2. Have a plan of action.

And, in fact, to begin to perform these very actions.

If you live the same life, it is strange to expect that it will change without your investments, efforts.

A little reminder.

What helps to reduce vibrations?

Strive to avoid this, reduce it, and it is better to stop doing it altogether:

  • Disbelief and feelings of apathy. Any negative feelings, including resentment, fear, guilt, shame, pride, dislike and neglect of yourself and others.
  • Any unseemly act (deception, abuse, physical or moral (energetic) violence, violation of the free will of another creature, destruction).
  • Nutrition. This is any low-vibration food: meat, excessive consumption of protein in food, etc.
  • Condemnation and discussion of the behavior of others !!! Oh, how we love to talk about others.
  • Being surrounded by people with the listed emotions, states.
  • Bad habits, addictions, addictions: alcohol (do you think two glasses of wine are useful? Well, well ... Do you know the frequency of alcohol egregor?), Smoking, unhealthy dietary habits and in any area. Such as gambling addiction, computer addiction.

And I would also like to say a few words about envy. If you have this feeling, then it is difficult to count on the well-being and joy of life.

All this pollutes the corresponding bodies, makes them heavier, and the person begins to vibrate at lower frequencies. There are expressions: "heavy soul", "dirty thoughts" - this also speaks of low vibrations of the soul and thoughts.

How to raise your vibration right now?

Here are a couple of ways.

Do it more often, cultivate, create more around you:

  • Experience the fun!
  • Laugh! I constantly talk about laughter therapy as an effective, scientifically proven way to get rid of diseases and bad conditions. Plus, it's one of the easiest ways!
  • Give thanks and feel grateful! The universe for this day and this is the sun, loved ones who tolerate you, children, what makes you happy, a wallet, that in any case money is found in it, etc. The technique of gratitude is also considered one of the most powerful techniques for enhancing the reality around.
  • Exercise, enjoyment of sports, activities. This also includes the positive adrenaline generated in the process of playing sports.
  • Try to keep track of your thoughts, emotions, states.
  • Stop talking negatively, badly about yourself, others, and circumstances. Cultivate good words, speech, emotions, thoughts.
  • Choose your social circle - the environment is important! At the same time, you should not alter this principle and immediately rush to extremes - abandon loyal friends and loved ones, stop communicating with parents just because they are negative. You and it is you who can help them change for the better together with you! They are part of you and an extension of you! Start with yourself and your environment will start to change! Either drop out (who does not want and no longer match), or change for the better with you.
  • Engage in spiritual practices. Meditate. Help others.

Being in a high-vibration state, a person forms his destiny, harmoniously interacting with the world and the Universe. Such a person lives and enjoys life! He can also solve higher problems. He is a man-Creator. As the vibration frequency increases, a person becomes more and more free, talents, undisclosed abilities appear, well-being, health and potential improve.

In the end, hanging by accident again on low vibrations, ask yourself: are you choosing a negative scenario for your life or do you want your life to be filled with happiness and good luck?

And everything will become simple ...

PS: Yes, yes, a choice is needed again.

Until you make the decision to live in joy every day, you are projecting the usual vibrations into the world, and this is definitely not the way to a better life.
