Imagine that you really want to stop drinking alcohol, you really want to stop smoking, and you really want to stop eating sugar (and by sugar, I mean processed sugar and not the sugar naturally present in fruit and other Whole Foods), and you really want to stop drinking coffee!

Imagine that you really want to stop all the addictions that keep you from being the best human you can be!

Congrats! You are on the way to feeling consciously alive!

Now imagine that by stopping these addictions, you no longer need the insulin injection, nicotine stamp, or all the anti-inflammatory or analgesic pills you take to overcome the headache you have from the last hangover, and you no longer have loose stools due to all the coffee, tobacco, alcohol, and sugar.

Imagine, just imagine! By stopping these four great addictions, you stop being anxious, nervous, depressed, arrogant, a victim, psychotic, a sociopath, and that erratic person everyone says you are!

Now, again, please, imagine that by stopping all these addictions, you don't need to go to the doctor, to the shrink, to the therapist, to the hypnotherapist, and to all the other specialists you are going to now, if of course you are seeing any of those!

Again, imagine that by stopping smoking, your skin will become brighter and clearer, your nostrils will start working with ease, and your anxiety will drop naturally. Your lungs and intestines will no longer be asphyxiating and will start to lubricate, and just like that, your brain starts to receive some lubricants and starts to work properly again!

Now (I know I'm super annoying with this "Imagine"), but just to finish our visualization;

Imagine that by quitting sugar, alcohol and coffee and tobacco, all the mood swings will be over. The depression, persecution mania, the arrogance and victimization, and all other manias, skin problems will be over, the same goes for weight problems, issues of love and relationship!

The addiction vampire will leave you forever, taking the thing you thought to be your personality faraway to the black hole of addictions!

And now you ask yourself (with your pseudo-skepticism science-based knowledge that is nothing besides your vampire addiction keeping you away from the force!) - Why am I reading this shit? (If you ever get to read this shit because most the most certain thing is that you are just scrolling through someone else's life making your pseudo-intellectual assumptions on this and that) but if you get to read it, I have something to tell your skeptic mindset!

Do you remember Hippocrates?! Yes, exactly! the father of Medicine! You might still remember his most known quote:

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"

but he also has another great quote, actually a lot of great quotes.

"It is far more important to know what person the disease has than what disease the person has."

Imagine that!

So, the thing is, I discovered a magical way to make you feel great in less than a week! Do you want to know how?!

You see, this took me years of long and persistent trials and errors!

I was first an addict, and now I'm the Messias you were waiting for!

That's right, you are totally right, I don't have any magical method, and I'm just making it up to get your attention, yes, yes! Crucify me! But you know what, you totally deserve it!

You know why? Because it's easy, it's so easy to stop all these addictions, and yes I'm going to tell you why! Not because I like you, because right now no one likes you, not even you like yourself, that's for sure!

But I like the person that reveals itself when you, the addiction vampire, disappears, and I genuinely want you to discover how wonderful that person can be!

So here's a straightforward way to stop all your addictions in just a few weeks. Grab a pen and paper, and please take notes so that the creation of a new person starts to appear before you!

To kill the sugar vampire

1 - clear your fridge and storeroom of all refined sugar

2 - eat fruit and also cooked fruit (avoid tropical fruits, though)

3 - eat steamed sweet potatoes, baked pumpkins, and carrots, and apple purée

4 - eat dried fruit like figs, apricots, bananas, and plums

5 - use natural sweeteners like rice syrup and barley syrup (they will keep your sugar levels controlled, you can have a teaspoon whenever feeling craving).

6 - drink fennel infusion and/or camomile, licorice, menta tea

7 - drink less wine and beer (they are both filled with sugars)

8 - read the book Sugar Blues

To kill the coffee vampire (and the headaches)

1 - stop drinking coffee outside;

2 - make your own coffee;

3 - make a less acidic coffee by mixing a tablespoon of coffee into 1L of water, mix it, and let it rest for one night; the next morning, filter the water coffee to a pan, let it boil for a second or two, and it's done - this coffee has less caffeine and acidity;

4 - drink chicory and barley instantaneous drinks;

5 - drink Barley tea made from roasted barley grains;

6 - drink pure cacao (it also has some caffeine);

7 - drink fennel infusion and/or camomile, licorice, menta, nettle tea.

Did you know that coffee kills the villus of your intestine?

To kill the tobacco vampire

1 - EAT GREENS!

2 - eat some seaweeds, like kombu and Hijiki, and microalgae like spirulina and Chlorella;

3 - drink nettle infusion;

4- drink wheat and barley grass drinks

5- eat oats;

6 - drink flaxseed water

7 - avoid too many oily foods

8 - avoid eating fast food

9 - once a week, visit a sauna

10 - avoid dairy

To kill the alcohol vampire

1 - avoid too much protein

2 - avoid too much salt

3 - eat tofu and mung beans

4 - eat greens, especially any type of lettuce

5 - eat pears

6 - have kudzu drink with honey (dissolve a teaspoon of kudzu into 200ml of water, take it to flame and mix till the white liquid gets transparent, remove from the heat and add a teaspoon of honey; you can have this drink two or three times a day in the beginning; it's very effective).

7 - whole grains will be very beneficial: rice, wheat, buckwheat, barley, rye.

8 - choose organic wines and beers

9 - avoid alcoholic beverages such as vodka and whisky

Did you know that Alcoholism tends to give you hypoglycemic symptoms? When you are an alcohol addict, you are also a sugar addict.

Did you know that people typically diagnosed with schizophrenia, drug addiction, and obesity all have low blood sugar?

Did you know that insomnia, ringing in the ears, worry and anxiety, lack of concentration, hyperactivity, mental disturbances, blurred vision and depression can all be symptoms of Hypoglycemia?!

There are so many things that you can do to stop all your addictions, but if you start little by little, it will take you to a great place!
