• 1 1/2 teaspoons of coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt or kaladama
• Fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for shallow frying

• Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and switch off the flame. Add the soya chunks and let them soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Drain the water from the soya chunks and rinse them in clean water. Squeeze out all the excess water.
• Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes and transfer it to ice-cold water to retain the color.
• Grind the chopped ginger, coriander, and mint leaves in a mixer jar. Add the green moong sprouts and pulse grind.
• Add the soya chunks and spinach to the mixer jar and grind them well to a smooth paste without adding water.
