Well, these days everybody is conscious of being healthy & fit and tries to be updated on all those news going on to lose weight & be in form to stay confident at the same time energetic for all the steps needed heading towards the destiny & success because health is the foremost priority for many & it should be the priority a must !!! for all.

Hence, to be up to the mark to perfect weight according to tototoheight, gender & age we have to be disciplined regarding the following things:-

Daily exercises.

Healthy & balanced meal.

Including lots of green vegetables & fresh fruits in our daily routine.

Abstinence from smoking tobacco & drinking alcohol.

Sleeping a must 8hrs each night

Keeping the biological cycle at the right rhythm.

Avoiding junk food, soft drinks & sugary delights.

Excluding negativity in our lives & be optimistic.

Increased intake of proteins in the form of seafood, & avoid increased intake of red meat.

Increase water intake.

Taking nuts regularly as they have many beneficial minerals,& good cholesterol in walnuts is highly significant.
