The industrialized age and increased access to information have made people more and more health-conscious. Among many other eating trends, veganism has been gaining more and more popularity for the last two decades. Like many other trends, veganism may be either absolute or partial.

The switch to veganism may be drastic once you start. However once you actually start, you will notice that things are not that too hard. You're taking care of your body and metabolism, and both are definitely going to return the favor. More and more people are relying on solely plant-based diets, while dairy products sale and meet eating prevalence is dropping. And all of this thanks to, you guessed it, Millennials.

Let's See What Makes The Vegan Movement So Interesting...

What Exactly Is Veganism?

Vegans are not allowed to eat meat, Fish, Eggs, Dairy Products, Poultry, Honey and Shellfish. But they are allowed to eat Nuts & Seeds, Seitan, Fruits, Vegetables, Tempeh, Tofu, and Beans & Lentils.

Different Types of Veganism.

1. Dietary Vegans - This is a group of people that are on an exclusively plant-based diet.

2. Raw-Food Vegans - This group of people eat foods that are either raw, or have been cooked at low temperature.

3.Junk-Food Vegans - There are numbers of vegans who eat heavily processed vegan foods, snacks and desserts, including vegan frozen dinners, processed meat replacements and French fries.

4. Low Fat, Raw Food Vegans - Also known as Fruitarians, they don't eat high fat vegan food like Coconuts, Avocados, or Nuts. Instead, they consume mainly fruits.

5.Whole-Food Vegans - These vegans consume a diet rich in whole foods like Fruits, Whole Grains, Nuts, Legumes, Seeds and Vegetables
