Sorry Headline Video not included. Thx for reading.

Hatha is a yoga of balance, gentleness, strength, fitness, and awakening energy. Some individuals of the Spiritual and Meditation Yoga will misunderstand the physical styles, and vice versa. Yoga is both a Religion and Fitness Experience. It really depends on your chosen Yoga path or Yoga Style. Each Style provides a form of healing, detox, stress relieve, relaxation, meditation, and problem solving; in proven scientific techniques. The Path itself can be spiritual or non spiritual, Meditation or no Meditation, Hinduism or Non-Hinduism, Buddhism or Non-Buddhism. We all must keep in mind; the path of Yoga has many founders, teachers, Gurus, and ancient Masters. Each Master or founder has his own Yoga Path. As a student or trainee, we can freely learn from all the paths available to us. Sorry, to say; this Yoga misunderstanding, myths, or at times contradictions; happens very easily due to America today. In the Hip, growing field of personal trainers, the modern yoga instructor may not see or have been taught; the importance of all Hatha balancing elements. Some are investing hundreds of dollars to not get the full picture of yoga training. Therefore; a true yoga trainee must invest another $500.00 to $1000.00 a year, to get the complete understanding and yoga experience. A budget below that and you are lucky. A Yoga Instructor education cost, will then add up to a secular bachelors or master degree in time. It is up to the individual, Personal Trainer, what path they would like to pursue in Yoga. Eventually, one can become accredited for every independent class, workshop, and experience, if documented at home. Associations will deem you Expert of Grand Parent Yogi for your many accomplishments. Sad, American image is based on thin bodies, popular media, yoga fashion, and star appearance of physical yoga. No worries, The Yoga Teachers are slowly taking charge, and bringing alive the ancient India Traditions. Now you can visualize why naturally, Yoga Spiritualist cannot imagine anything more than the physical poses.

Surprising; Hatha is the perfect blend of asanas, postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation exercises. Its purpose is to blend and balance both the Spiritual and Physical experience together as one. Hatha is also known as Basic or Classical yoga, in conversation or physical practice terms. Many other styles are actual branches from the Hatha Path. The word Yoga means union with God; imagine this union being the foundation of your Home Hatha practice. When in Physical or fitness yoga, some students may forget the importance of the breathing and meditation elements of this style. Honestly; the Hatha Yogi is left empty, like a growing void; without including all of the elements connected to this Path or style. To some the asana practice alone is enough work. Asana in Yoga Sanskrit means, comfortable, or stable pose. Asanas are actually easy to do. Non Yogins will view your practice and say, “Oh that looks so easy!” Yes this is actually true. Any Person, body type, and age can practice physical yoga. In Hatha, The asanas begin very basic, you learn a series of stretches, joint work, relaxation, facial massages, and warm ups before entering the fire core element of asana practice. Imagine, not the look of yoga, but the benefits. Asanas are good for toning the muscles, strengthening the body, disciplining the mind, and purifying your organs.

A Yoga Master will stay youthful and illness free, after years of well rounded, yoga practice. Many Healers, Practitioners, and Masters will use Hatha Yoga, to give Yoga Therapy also called Medical Yoga for ill or Rehab clients. This is why the Yogi Trainee must master his or her inner fire and energy source to grow in Yoga practice; you will need bolts of energy for your weekly schedule. We will discuss this in later lessons, how to overcome fatigue and tiredness. Fellow Yogins, the blend itself, will complete each other; we recharge and feel renewed, satisfied, and rejuvenated after the full integration process of Hatha. The Integration will leave you with a healthy, conditioned physical body, for your silent meditations and spiritual rituals. The Yogi will feel enlightened and truly connected, mind, body, and soul. Some teachers will include the chakra centers and mantras in their Hatha practice; it is all based on the individual Practitioners and time allowance in class schedules. This will also give balance and energy clearing to Hatha Yoga.
