12 effective strategies and applications

There are numerous strategies and techniques people has used to try and shed more calories eg . keto diet and strict vegetarian plans, a lot of folks will tell you to just exercise without getting down to real details of the whole story, what i'm about to share with you today are the ones people don't usually talk about.

1. Reduce your sugary food intake

Sugary foods has the possibility of adding more calories to your system than low calorie foods, the downside? it still doesn't fill you up like low calorie foods like fruits do and will actually make you crave more sugary foods. You need to cut down junk food. Making pastries? replace syrup with cinnamon or vanilla.

2. Stop Binge eating

Binge eating is simply eating food because of a mood swing or a bad mood or feeling completely out of control, you ought to be mindful of how many calories you put into your body. More than 5% of added weight causes are as a result of binge eating.. taking time to process your emotion leads to healthy and happier lifestyle.

3. Replace meat with veggies

Meat has been reported to contain lots of unhealthy fats with makes you add weight, cutting down on meat and going for plant proteins and vegetables goes a long way to aid your metabolism and hasten your fat burn.

4. Avocado is your friend

Now you've the perfect excuse to eat lots of avocado pear, eating avocado fills you up and helps you fight the cravings of eating junk food. need a sure fire snack with no sugar and low calories to keep you going for the day? try avocado pear.

5. Building healthy relationships

A healthy mind is a strong mind, if you don't have healthy relationships and a clear peace of mind, you body wouldn't react positively to the goals you're trying to achieve.. Maintain a good rapport with anyone closest to you, this would give you a confidence boost and the peace of mind to push forward in the right direction. Clear peace of mind equals to an amazing body.

6. Maintain a strict workout routine

If you want to move from a to b, you've to put in work, squats, and planks, and jogging, make sure you create a timeline and stick to it.. Please even you forget or don't go once or twice it's ok as long you show up and go the following day..... 1% everyday can produce massive results.

7. Eat more of home cooked meals

Meals prepared at home are way better in your situation because the fast foods industry isn't really going to support you on this journey.. most restaurant menus are filled with foods with lots of unhealthy fats and that's not what you need.

8. Love the way you look

A positive attitude towards yourself and your day creates massive results, don't body shame yourself for any reason, say it with me "I am wonderfully and carefully made", and you have to believe that each time you talk about your weight loss goals it's a sure way to get you into action,if you don't feel blessed, you won't be blessed.

9. Green tea is amazing for you

Not only does it aids metabolism. But it detoxifies your body making it one of your most trusted buddies in this journey. Take a cup or two daily for massive results.

10. Add weight training to your workout routine

Lifting weights has shown to burn calories and fat fast while enhancing muscle tone. Start with what you can handle and build your way up...Maybe 1or 2 reps as a beginner. It helps with your overall body balance too, how about that?

11. Implement advanced water therapy

By this I mean take lots of water... Water has a way of speeding up our metabolism by over 10%, continuous intake of 2 liters of water each day while applying this strategies above will give you massive results in a few days.

12. Check if you have a thyroid defect

Studies have show that most obese people have hypothyroidism, that has seriously contributed to their inability to sheds lot of calories even with the right amount of exercise and techniques... go for a blood test to confirm if you have it... that would make working towards your goals a whole lot easier.

These are the things I think most people don't really talk more about when it comes to weight loss and am glad I shared most of them with you.
