As human beings we're built for survival, that means for most of us the slightest feeling of discomfort weigh us off balance. We complain and whine and we still go ahead to repeat those mistakes again thereby making it a decision. we might say we've tried so many ways but the truith is we love instant gratification so much that when we don't get the desired goal quick we get frustrated and sulk.

Below are 5 things you need to know that's making feel like you can't overcome your challenges.

1. Panicking at the slightest discomfort

Life is never a bed of roses, great things has never happened from comfort zones, for the fact that you expect everything to work for you or become easy, would make it more difficult, try to take control of your mind when faced with challenges apply practical clear headed ways of solving the problem overtime.. You'll be feeling more relaxed and lead a happier life.

2. By not Believing in Themselves

The highest killer of dreams is doubts. Those voices in your head that tell you what you can and what you can't do are your greatest enemy. You ought know that as a human you capable of amazing things, what is possible or not possible shouldn't be much of your concern... You should have the confidence to take on life anyway it comes with its numerous uncertainties.

3. They navigate towards negativity

A positive mind is a strong mind, it's the only weapon till date that is known to be very effective against challenges. It creates wonderful thoughts and problem solving techniques for any kind of challenge... You should reduce the way you expose yourself to the news, to gossips, to anything that puts your mind in a constant state of fear. Stop negative self talk and always be grateful for the good things happening in your life.

4. They Condone Self Deceit

Ignorance is one of the biggest problems of mankind. your ability to know the right thing to do without doing it is one of the major reason why you're stuck.. You can't be aiming for the skies while the ground you'll take off from isn't solid enough, you wouldn't have enough power to take off.. We all have ego that makes us get defensive when we are wrong or feel too proud to do necessary things required for us to achieve our goal. Thereby making us lie to ourselves to feel better about our shortcomings, which in turn makes us not to overcome our challenges. Most effective approach to this is to throw our egos out of the window and go about taking necessary actions to reach our goals.

5. They Abhor Self discovery

All those who complain and whine about things not working for them have these things in common, they seek perfection instead of improvement, they love fault finding in everything they do, making mistakes feels like the end of the world and never take corrections when given to them. This is the a typical example of someone who hasn't taken time to grow as a person, to enhance his character and habits, the greatest innovators and problems solvers has a thing for constant self development and learning, making a thousands mistakes while looking for that one way that will work in the long run. That's its to say that it's more about the journey not the destination. If you always keep your mind at the results you're trying to achieve, it'll overwhelm you. try doing as little as you can everyday as you work towards your goals, by being a life long learner, you conquer your challenges with ease.
