Eutrophy Lunch deal with NO ADDED OIL

Diet meal will not be boring anymore. I will share my recipes of healthy meals which are under 700 calories.

Do you feel bored when you prepare the diet meals? I will introduce different diet idea on my channel. Moreover, some vegetarian meal would also be introduced later. Try cooking in less salt, less oil and less sugar.

Here is a yummy lunch meal idea. This meal provides enough energy for you to work out. It provides carbs, protein and fibre for your body. Using no oil cooking in this menu. I will suggest you use the fat from the lamb cutlet and don’t add other oil when cooking. The reason that I choose broccoli and carrot to be the garnish is that they have different nutritions which are good for body health.

Broccoli is a particularly rich source of vitamin C and vitamin K. It is powerful antioxidant and protects the body from damaging free radicals. Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fibre, vitamin K1. It is good food for weight loss because it is in lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health as well. From the BBC Good Food, sweet potatoes are versatile, filling and packed with goodness. In my point of views, it is also very delicious. It’s a guess when you can have so sweet during your diet.

Although, lamb cutlet maintain more fat than the chicken breast, use less oil to cook would be fine. Sometimes, we need to trust ourselves better, otherwise, we don’t have the energy to move on our plan. Lamb cutlet has a benefit too. The research from Healthline, cooked lamb delivers just about equal amounts of monounsaturated fats and saturated fats. Monosaturated fatty acids can lower cholesterol levels, but saturated fatty acids can increase them.

1. Prepheart the oven to 200C, then put the sweet potato inside for 15-20 minutes.

3. Cut all the vegetable, whatever you like.

4. Boil a pot of water, put a tsp of salt.

5. Put all the carrots inside the pot for 10 minutes, then keep the water and plate the carrots.

6. Put all the broccoli inside the pot for 10 minutes, then throw the water and plate the broccoli.

7. Check the sweet potato and turn off the oven.

8. Prepare a pan and heat it. Don't need to add oil!

9. When the pan is ready, place the prepared cutlet to the pan with its oily side (usually is the bone back) for 30 seconds. The lamb oil will come out, then we turn it to the meat side and cook for 2-3 minutes each side.

10. Finally, place all the food into a plate. ( If I were you, I will plate it beautifully. I will be much happier when you eat. You can also take many selfies with it.)

Thank you for reading my simple recipe, hope you enjoy it. I will share more healthy recipes with you guys later. The nutrition list is only for consultation. You can change any ingredients or any method if you what to. It depends on your diet focus. I will suggest using boiling, steaming and roasting method to prepare your diet menus because those methods can use less oil and maintain the nutrition that you need.
