In today's society stress-induced emotions consume huge amounts of our personal energy. We live in a fast paced, rapidly growing world where we zoom from one thing to the next, living as if there is no rest stop in between, and this causes us to burn out rather quickly!

Grounding Technique to Re-boost Energy

Grounding or Earthing is an old ancient healing technique used over the centuries by our ancestors.

It is a major way to release old, worn out energy in order to replace it with good energy.

Grounding can be done indoors if you are adept with creative visualization, but it's much better when done outdoors amongst mother nature.

What Shielding Actually Entails

Whenever I'm asked a question about grounding, I am aware that my clients mostly are referring to spiritual grounding.

When we are feeling ungrounded, it's as if we feel as though we are getting a bit out of touch with reality.
