What Is The Difference Between Hajj And Umrah?

Umrah can easily be performed for the entire year at any time. While hajj is performed on a specific time, people from across the world come to Kaaba, which is located in Saudi Arabia. Before starting Hajj, there are a few sorts of precautions that are followed. Allah commanded Muslims to perform Hajj. The hajj is based on the story of Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail (AS). Basically, the prophet Ibrahim saw in a dream that he was slaughtering his son, Prophet Ismail (AS), for the sake of Allah. The prophet Ibrahim was old and had only one son. He was born after lots of supplication. Allah wanted to test the prophet Ibrahim's love for his son. The prophet Ibrahim loves his son more than Allah. But proved that he loved Allah rather than his son. Its incident remembers the sacrifice of father and son, therefore Muslims Qurbani with zeal.

Hajj Is A Monumental Moment For Muslims

Muslims believe that hajj is commemorative worship. The prime reason is that you will have to migrate to another country. It will take several days to complete the hajj process. Muslims have devotion and faith. If a Muslim repents with heart and regrets his sins, Allah forgives all sins. Pilgrimage is the cause of forgiveness. There are lots of aspects to hajj, and it is the most privileged act in Islam. Basically, Muslims go to Hajj to get purified and to get spiritually closer to Allah. The process of hajj is enticing and spectacular. Allah is near our hearts; he knows everything, even our thoughts and feelings. Moreover, Allah just wants to know how much you love him and what you can do for him. Therefore, it is obligatory once in a lifetime. Basically, do you love money more than the common denominator of Allah? It is an actual test. Muslims love to obey the orders of Allah.
