The miracle drink that is a true miracle for health. "Green blood" rejuvenates the liver, lowers cholesterol and helps to lose weight!

You can plant wheat grass in pots at home and so you can do a detoxification treatment at any time. You can also find it in health food stores, sold in powder or capsule form.

The juice made from this plant has a detoxifying, antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Helps cleanse blood vessels, suppress appetite, support cell regeneration, balance cholesterol and blood sugar, and protect the liver.

At the same time, it helps to strengthen the immune system, which is the main barrier in the fight against bacteria and viruses. Wheatgrass also has beneficial effects on the skin, helping to relieve acne, scarring, eczema or psoriasis, due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Researchers have found that wheatgrass has similar effects to a drug based on atorvastatin, a statin-grade lipid-lowering drug used to treat certain types of dyslipidemia. Wheatgrass also has the potential to raise good HDL cholesterol.

Wheatgrass juice can suppress appetite, thus contributing to weight loss. This is due to substances called ticaloids, which give a feeling of long-term satiety and help regulate hormones that transmit the hunger signal. Such substances are also found in other green plants, such as spinach, kale or lettuce. Wheatgrass nutrients help the liver eliminate toxins more effectively. This can reduce the risk of hepatic steatosis, fibrosis or even cirrhosis.

What is wheatgrass?

Wheatgrass is the younger version (harvested immediately after germination) of the mature wheat plant, with nutritional benefits for both human and animal consumption. Although the Egyptians used it in ancient times for its therapeutic benefits , it was not until the 20th century that a study by agricultural chemist Charles F. Schnabel found that wheatgrass is also beneficial to animals. Thus, by eating wheat grass, several chickens were cured of various contagious diseases, and the hens laid more eggs.

Schnabel's laboratory is still in use today, having been refurbished by one of the largest international producers of certified organic wheatgrass, Pines International.

Wheatgrass juice is a preparation that cleanses your body of toxins, keeps diseases at bay and gives you the energy you need. This juice cleanses the liver, strengthens cells and blood vessels. It is an excellent source of folic acid, a complex of B vitamins, vitamins E, C, A, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, protein. Contains amino acids, enzymes, and other important nutrients found only in the soil. About 70% of the content is pure chlorophyll.

Freshly squeezed wheat grass oxidizes quickly, so it is best to consume the juice within 15 minutes of cooking.

Before being squeezed, fresh wheatgrass can be stored for up to 7-10 days in the refrigerator or in airtight containers.

To obtain 50 ml of juice, two coats of wheat grass, 14-16 cm long, are needed.

In the first 2-3 days, a small amount of juice is consumed, after which the dose is gradually increased, reaching 50-100 ml per day. The daily amount is consumed in two portions, preferably on an empty stomach.
