The Essentials of Essential Oils

As most know, essential oils are the coming of age and go head to head with the FDA and leading pharmaceutical companies to try to help individuals with disorders, sickness/ illness, pain, weight loss, etc. With doing so, I advocated myself to help the cause.

I do doTerra not only for myself but my children, pets, food; you name it, I've probably tried it. I wanted a change but didn't know much about the oils themselves so I started doing my own research and going to classes.

Why turn back to Earthly Solutions?

Well for one, it's natural. Using an oil is 50-70 times more powerful than the herb itself. For example, we could use one drop of peppermint between 28 cups of peppermint tea. Crazy, right? Not only are oils natural though, they are effective. How so? Well, oils contain different compounds which are complex and versatile to fight off threats without building up resistance to them. Oils work with the body on a cellular level, ensuring to address the issue and root cause. Last but not least, oils are safe; yes, safe. DoTerra has standards on which their oils must pass: the CPTG Quality and Purity Standard. Where we harvest our oil, the plant is in its own habitat helping it originate to its proper climate, free of pesticides, fills and other contaminants, making the oil itself pure and organic.

How can we use them?

Oils can be used in three ways:

Aromatic: breathe in or diffuse in the air to open airways, help with moodiness, or simply freshen the air

Topical: which you can apply to most affected areas or bottom of your feet

Internal: this can be done with the addition of water, adding it to a capsule, or just put a drop under your tongue.

Changing Lives

Switching from over the counter drugs to oils has made changes not only on my lifestyle; but my wallet. Oils are by far cheaper than most over the counter drugs or shelf products. With doTerra, you also have the opportunity to build a business. Also, when you buy produces you have a chance to obtain an oil of the month and PV (product value) points which could be used to get another free oil. So, in a sense; the more you spend, the more PV points you obtain leading to more free oils and come on, who doesn’t like free? To launch your success you have to believe in your product plus share, enroll, and launch your business. To do that, you must also prepare your material, invite others to learn what you know, present to the class, and show ways to use the oils, enroll at least one individual from that class, and support them through their learning and financial journey.
