My Life Transformation After the Tragic Accident
I urge you not to read this article if you are a sensitive person. For those who do not know last year on the 13th of August (midnight), I was involved in a tragic car accident and that lead to me losing a great friend and left me fighting for my life in an intensive high care unit for a two-month hospital stay.

HELLO. Yes I know, it's been a hot minute. I've been distracted by so many things lately. Mainly by Grey's, though. I'm totally hooked (and also just a ball of emotions!). I've never cried so much in my entire life. And I'm not a crier, if that makes any sense. Anyone else?

Sometimes the pain we feel inside is like a little bitty caterpillar's metamorphosis yanking at the center of your stomach fighting for a sense of direction trying to guide you where it's hard to see where you are going; because going up the stairs, you haven't yet made it to the top to see what's there. Haven't yet reached its destination. We hurt because we don't understand the proper purpose of change. Stress is strain, mental or emotion tension which causes anxiety and depression in the body. Stress—as I call it—is just the UN-understood feeling of the process of change that is required for the next level in one's life that is NOT necessarily unwanted, but is misunderstood.

The more I experience and learn of PMDD, the more I think its treatment may actually be in the mind, not by altering it with prescription drugs like anti-depressants or even, necessarily, traditional “talk” therapies, but through retraining it to think different thoughts and take on new habits, to the extent we can, at any rate.

Hello people, I am hopefully going to share some insight into my life as a Dyspraxic. So let's start off with some terminology.
Being Honest About Anxiety Changed My Life
I’ve had anxiety since, well, as far back as I can remember. In the beginning, it was mostly social anxiety; I was terrified of adults and hesitant with other children. It morphed into a Generalized Anxiety Disorder as I grew older, but it’s only been in the past two years that I put a name to the awful feeling I get in my chest that radiates through my body.
Read, Talk, Then... Write
I’ve been writing for approximately 5 years now. I write not as frequently as a blogger or a typical writer does but I write articles for my work as a mechanical engineer in an engineering design firm as required. What can you expect but mostly technical engineering topics and subjects addressed to specific engineering professional. Most of it is already published and circulated in magazines online. After all those articles, I never asked myself “Can I really write?” despite the fact that my works are already published.
