Ambiguous Loss & Body Image
Something that comes up in my work with clients often (and that I didn’t anticipate ever seeing as a dietitian) is the desire to improve body image while also feeling really frustrated that the body isn’t getting smaller via nutrition and self-care. More and more I’ve come to identify this as part of grief and loss work, and as I was pursuing my Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health a term that came up was “ambiguous loss”.

Most Amazing Qualities of Introverted Introvert People- Personal Development
Another lesson on personal development.... Do you like to be alone? If the answer is 'yes', you're probably an introvert gifted with some very powerful qualities. You see, people always think extroverts are superior to introverts. They call introverts antisocial dorks. But in reality, most high performers in the world are introverts. That's right. 98% of billionaires are introverts. Do not misunderstand it, being an introvert doesn't guarantee success. In fact, the majority of introverts are actually bums. They hide their shyness and social anxiety behind the term introvert and, instead of fixing their issues, they use their introversion as an excuse. Every man can improve his social skills and being an introvert isn't an excuse for anything, but an introvert can actually be a superpower if you know how to use it?

The Ruins Of New Terra
The year is 2153, and humanity has reached the peak of its technological advancement. Interstellar travel is now possible, and humans have colonized numerous planets within the Milky Way Galaxy. The story follows a young astronaut named Alex, who was part of the team that discovered a new planet that could sustain human life. The planet was named New Terra, and it was located in a remote part of the galaxy, far away from any other human settlements. Alex and his team were sent to New Terra to begin the colonization process. They landed safely on the planet's surface and began to explore their new home. The planet was covered in lush vegetation and had a breathable atmosphere. There were no signs of any intelligent life on the planet, but Alex and his team remained cautious. As they explored the planet, they discovered a series of ancient ruins. The ruins were unlike anything they had ever seen before. The structures were made of a strange, metallic material that seemed to emit a faint glow. The team was excited to investigate further, but they soon realized that something was not right. As they entered the ruins, the temperature dropped rapidly, and they could hear strange noises coming from deep within the structure. The team split up to explore different areas of the ruins, and Alex found himself in a large chamber with a strange device at its center. The device was a circular platform that seemed to be made of the same glowing material as the ruins. Alex approached the platform and saw that there was a small console attached to it. He activated the console, and the platform began to glow brighter. Suddenly, Alex felt a surge of energy coursing through his body, and he was transported to a different part of the ruins. He found himself in a dark, damp corridor, and he could hear strange whispers coming from the shadows. Alex realized that he was not alone. There was something else in the ruins with him, something that had been awakened by the activation of the platform. He tried to call out to his team, but there was no response. Alex continued to explore the ruins, and he soon realized that they were not built by any known civilization. The technology was far beyond anything that humans had ever developed. As he delved deeper into the ruins, he began to uncover a dark secret. The ruins were not just a relic of an ancient civilization. They were a prison, built to contain a dangerous entity that threatened the galaxy. The entity was a being of pure energy, and it had the power to destroy entire planets. Alex realized that he had made a grave mistake by activating the platform. He had unknowingly released the entity from its prison, and now it was free to wreak havoc on the galaxy. As Alex tried to find a way to stop the entity, he encountered a group of aliens who had been monitoring the ruins. They were a peaceful race, but they knew of the entity's existence and the danger it posed. Together, Alex and the aliens worked to find a way to stop the entity. They discovered that the only way to defeat it was to trap it within a black hole, where its energy would be dispersed into the void. The race was on to build a device capable of creating a black hole, and time was running out. The entity was growing stronger every moment, and it was already causing chaos throughout the galaxy. In the end, Alex and his team were able to build the device and trap the entity within a black hole. The galaxy was saved, but Alex knew that he would never forget the horror he had witnessed in the ruins of New Terra. As he looked out into the vast expanse of space, Alex realized that there were countless mysteries yet to be uncovered. The universe was full of wonders and dangers, and it was up to humanity to explore and conquer them.
