A Beautiful Day For A Ride
When I was married at 17, I had a BSA with an extended fork. It was a pretty green color, and I rode all of the time prior to having children. Our first was born when I was 21. Understanding the generational differences.
Understanding the generational differences. How attitudes to risk taking, have changed As a young man (born 1942 so talking about years 1958 to 1970,) Myself, and all my circle of friends, associates and acquaintances, had a drug of choice – not need dealers or injections It was adrenaline—although most of us could not spell it or understand enough about body chemistry to explain it— any and everything with some element of danger was what we sought and loved. Narcotics were very rarely available or even known about. Alcohol was consumed in pubs only and they had legally limited hours of operation. This did not stop extended hours by claiming a “market day” or simply hoping the police did not notice late night drinking. For the benefit of city people, rural market towns in England, often have local laws where pubs could stay open all day on market day, since it was in these pubs that agricultural deals and business was done. Market day in a rural setting was primarily where cattle and other livestock were bought and sold. Laws were generally respected, but their application was tempered with tolerance and if no actual harm was done, then a warning from a local copper was enough. No paper work, no court, no lawyers ever involved.

10 Ways Dental Health Can Affect Your Sleep
Poor sleep sometimes starts with oral health problems people do not expect. Dentists often notice connections between restless sleep and issues like grinding, dry mouth, inflamed gums, jaw pressure, and breathing concerns. Dental health and sleep quality affect each other in several important ways, and small symptoms can slowly turn into bigger problems. Dr. Debbie with The Dental Krewe said, “Many patients think sleep problems only come from stress or snoring, but dentists regularly notice signs inside the mouth that point toward grinding, inflammation, and airway issues affecting sleep every night.”

Exposure to air pollution for just one hour can significantly change lung and brain function.
One basic concept underpins air quality regulations worldwide: count the particles. Regardless of whether the particles originated from a car, a fireplace or a frying pan, measuring the tiny particles of matter floating in a cubic metre of air gives you a number that indicates how dangerous exposure to that pollution is.
