Well, there are many ways by which we can feel better like

  • We can take a break.
  • We can go for a walk.
  • We can do something which we enjoy.
  • We can watch TV, play video game etc.

If you notice in all the above ways what we are doing? We are just disconnecting our brain from the activity which was making it stressed and giving it some rest.

All the above way of giving some rest requires some time, and it's very difficult to get some time in this busy life. In a week, there may be someday in which we stay very due to our professional and personal tasks.

There are few proven natural ways which you can follow to refresh your brain instantly or within a short span of time. Let's discuss them one by one.

Shut your eyes, sit comfortably & breath normally

It is the simplest way to get some rest to our body and brain. When we feel mentally tired or stressed, and we have a lot of work to do, then to recharge our body & brain quickly follow this method. Sit somewhere in a comfortable way (any way which makes you feel comfortable), close your eyes and start breathing normally which you feel comfortable. Do this for 2-3 minutes. Try to avoid thinking about your tasks (we know we can't avoid thinking, there is always something going in our mind, which we call self talk) for this 2-3 minutes. It will be better if you can continue it for 5-7 minutes if time permits.

After these few minutes, you will feel the power of this activity. You will feel refreshed and that stress feeling or mental tiredness will be almost gone.

Breath in through nose and breath out through mouth

This is the most efficient way to refresh our brain. You have to breathe in though your nose, which must be long & deep. And after 1-2 sec, breath out through your mouth. This way our brain will get maximum amount of oxygen, and it will try to refresh or energize the naturopaths. And also it will increase the amount of oxygen in your blood. You will feel like your brain is getting refreshment and activated.

Not only when you are stressed, whenever you feel you are getting into overthinking zone then try to take deep & long breath.

Breathing

One of the most important factor is this simple activity is not much time-consuming. Depending on how you feel you can do this for a while but at a time if you do this 5-10 times, it will be good enough. It will see its benefit instantly.

Sometimes we take various medicines which can be very dangerous. Considering you are taking right medicines, still you will side effects. But the activity which we discussed above does not have any side effect. And if you can continue this kind of practice, you will be benefited for sure.

Drink some water

We all know around 70% of our body is consisted of water. Which simply means we have to drink enough water otherwise our body will dehydrate, and this dehydration will make us sick.

Coming to our main topic, when get stressed or any kind of mentally tired feeling, it is always better to drink some water. Drinking water will hydrate your body, and you will feel better.

With drinking water, if you can take a bath, it will make you refreshed. The reason behind when we bath water flow pass through our body and bring us more near to the real nature of our body which is consisting of 70% water.
