Don't try to control everything, why people try to control everything.? It's pretty much common to see people pushing themself hard not easy to control everything but we do and the reason behind is just a way to manage your anxiety. It's a mental game as soon as you see that you have everything under control, your mind starts getting relaxed there is nothing to worry about. Our mind is everything you should know how to control its very strange that rather than focusing on our mental health, like stress or anxiety we try to control the outer world environment.

When you manage your mental strength you indirectly manage your emotions, thoughts, and of course behavior, it helps us to act in a positive manner. there is some factors on which our mental health depends on. Let's see what those factors are?

Experience

The way we lived our life, overall life experience influence our thinking about people including ourselves too.

Genetics

Genes have a great role it's connected with a mood disorder.

Personality

Most people have pleasant personalities, such personality traits help them think more realistically and behave positively by nature.

All the above-mentioned factors are the basis of your mental health but it doesn't stop here it cab be improved by doing practice in the right way. By doing practice wake can make everything possible.

A lot of people take this mental strength as a tough task in their life, it doesn't mean that you need to act tough in fact mentally strong means act according to your value.

Don't push your body and mind in order to be mentally strong. some people push it hard so they could ignore the pain. It's about understanding your thoughts and feelings well enough so could behave accordingly.

Accepting that you don't have all the answers is the other way to become mentally strong as acknowledging is the key component to gain strength from a higher power.

Do you think being mentally strong means thinking positively? but you've been thinking wrong as thinking realistically and rationally are the keys of "Mental Strength"

Another thing that people are mixing up together is the "Mental Strength" vs "Mental Healthy" let me put it this way! what if you have diabetes will be physical strength. the answer is "YES" you will be physically strong some goes with the mind it doesn't mean you can't develop healthy habits have anxiety and depression all you need is the right direction and it can be possible.

Everyone feels mentally strong when life is going well, but the moment when problems arise your mental strength plays an important role. how to tackle and deal with them entirely dependent upon you.

In my previous blog, I discussed a lot about kindness and volunteer service. these two things are really powerful which can make you feel good you've helped someone, and hard to feel sorry for yourself.

Always ready for random acts of kindness whether you're feeding stray dogs, animals or offering someone a blanket and clothes on the cold winter night. The act could be anything as we know good deed can bring more meaning to your life.

Sometimes people waste their time explaining something that others are not willing to accept as a result it leads to an argument. Don't involve yourself in arguments instead learn your personal warning signs of anger and remove yourself from the situation before it's too late simply walk away. However, every coin has two sides in many situations this is not possible to walk away than what is the alternative in such cases well you can control your anger by taking a deep breath as breathing can relax your muscles and reduce the physiological response it works like a magic all you need is "Practice". It may look difficult at first but demands tons of practice and time and trust me there is no such situation that you can't handle with this.
