Karma
There are many sides of Karma. Your actions decide which side of Karma you will get. The main side Karma has shown is her bad side as of late. Karma is not one to be trifled with. As of right now with everything that has been going on in the world, especially here in America, I fear Karma is NOT in a good mood. She is probably overworked and pissed off. Karma has bigger fish to fry right now. From corrupt politicians to racists and even the basics like murders and rapists. It is just going to piss her off even more every time Karma has to make a pitstop to deliver your petty karma. Before all this crap that has been going on you would've gotten your regular karma, However, since Karma has a huge workload, you're just going to be thrown in with the rest of them and get far worse Karma than normal. Why you say? Because quietly frankly she is tired of your shit. I mean who wouldn't be? If I were Karma I would be irritated as all hell with the way the world is acting right now. I bet you on New Year's Eve she probably wanted to slap the crap out of every fake moron who said, "New Year, New Me". Anyways, like I always tell everyone, always try your best to put yourself in someone's else shoes regardless if you can fit them or not. Karma is not the exception of that advice. I am here to you tell you my perspective of Karma, the Universe's greatest warrior. I myself has had my share of both good and bad from Karma. I have also witnessed other sides of Karma.
Hoax behind hijama
Before going to school, the science textbook Biology, Chemistry and Physics seem to have learned that the heart has four chambers, one on the right and one on the left. At that time, the child's mind imagined that the lungs would release carbon dioxide into the oxygen-deficient blood and mix it with oxygen, almost like soda.

In remote parts of Australia, access to healthcare is generally limited when compared to urban centres, and there are substantial gaps in service delivery and health outcomes. This is often a challenge for residents of rural and remote locations.
Jonathon DeakinsPublished 3 years ago in LongevityWHAT ARE SOME COMMON SPORTS INJURIES AND HOW TO TREAT THEM?
Whether you are playing a sport professionally or for fun, it demands physical activity. Sports or outdoor games are a great way to stay healthy and release some stress. Injuries are pretty common in sports, but you can avoid them with some precautions like a proper warm-up, stretching, correct posture and technique while playing and not pushing you too hard on the field.
Jitoo GopalPublished 3 years ago in LongevityWhat's going on?
Rashaad Gomez 1/3/2021 I think we have to often take a step back and realize the choices we make in society, there’s a lot of confusion which has been larger than it’s ever been in recent time. due to the age of information we find ourselves looking and trying to find the answers to the larger questions but often does it lead us to other more complex questions. Right now, we’re caught in a state of fear dealing with this pandemic we all have forgotten what it means to be resilient. Whenever we look at the media, we see civil unrest going on around the world due to our governments not taking the proper precautions to ensure people are getting the right resources to families, numbers of the COVID-19 cases either being exaggerated or not properly being informed by the people we’ve put our lives on the line for. But there’s hope, there’s an opportunity for us to take our lives into our own hand and take the opportunity to learn and navigate through all this mess.

2021 is here. Does it still feel like March 2020 to anyone else? It is okay to say yes. There are a lot of us who feel trapped since that dreaded day back in 2020.
Susana ShadowsPublished 3 years ago in LongevityMy Changed Perspective on Dieting
Diet is defined as the kind of food that a person habitually eats. It can now also be defined as restricting oneself to smaller amounts of food to lose weight. I myself have been on food restricting diets on and off for most of my life. My purpose was always one thing, to be thin. I never really cared about how it affected my physical or mental health. I have always considered myself FAT, even when I was not, but I was not able to see it at that time. So I did things in the most unhealthy way. I would not eat. Then at night, I would binge. I've tried Fad diets, and those dumb detox teas, pills, you name it, I've tried everything. Except for habitually eating healthy well rounded meals...

Starr BellePublished 3 years ago in LongevityVI: The Lovers
It might be unexpected for my first article about the tarot to be about the sixth card in the deck, but there are reasons. First, there is no end to the amount of people who seek out the cards in search of answers in love, and if ever there was a card that everyone knows to hold your breath for… well, that’s the Death card, but not only does that card not mean what it says on the tin, it’s not what we’re talking about today. Second, I personally found myself needing to talk about it. So, whilst I will be explaining the card as much as I can for you, just know this one is kind of for me.
J. P. WilliamPublished 3 years ago in LongevityAre Adaptogen Supplements Worth the Price? I Tried One for 21 Days To Find Out
Health is confusing. Reading about it as much as I do while living a very fitness-focused lifestyle, I find myself overwhelmed by all of the available supplements out there. Half of them are littered with buzzwords and the other half tell you what they don’t include (dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, etc.) before revealing their actual ingredients.
Jonah MalinPublished 3 years ago in LongevityModern people are in love with the idea of being sick
I was scrolling through twitter earlier today when I encountered a twitter thread that claimed that, "modern people are in love with the idea that they are sick". It went on to say people love telling others that they have a physical or mental illness and that it must be the only way that people can feel special. The author clearly had disdain for these hypothetical people, calling them "pathetic". What's worse is that there were hundreds of comments agreeing with this sentiment. This got me wondering, where was all of this coming from and was there any validity to it?
