The proverb says: "more wine people sick, more books people virtuous", and "a small drink is pleasant, a large drink hurts the body" the drink can eliminate sorrow, can relieve worries. When you gradually sink into the temptation of alcohol, and can not extricate yourself at the same time, have you ever imagined, just how this, so-light drink, will bring what impact your body?

Nowadays, there is a saying on the Internet that insisting on drinking in moderation may be more beneficial than exercising for long life. We all know that life lies in sports, but also know that regular alcohol consumption has a lot of damage to health, so this saying that drinking is healthier than exercise is credible? Why not take a look at it?

01

The moderate consumption of alcohol may be more conducive to longevity than exercise, whether it is true or not. The results of the study have been published

Neurologists at the University of California conducted a 15-year follow-up study that perhaps reinforces this view.

The study found that people who keep drinking 1 to 2 glasses of wine or beer a day may be effective in reducing the risk of premature death by 18%, while people who keep exercising for 5 to 45 minutes a day can only reduce the risk of premature death by 11%.

According to the follow-up study, moderate alcohol consumption may be more beneficial to health than maintaining exercise.

I wonder if you are also moved after seeing this? Don't worry, after reading the following, you can decide whether you want to continue drinking or not.

For older people, many factors affect their life expectancies, such as aging, underlying diseases they suffer from, and lifestyle habits. Relying solely on one or two glasses of wine or beer a day to determine that they are more likely to live longer is somewhat one-sided and rash.

The World Health Organization has long classified alcohol and alcohol products as carcinogens and harmful substances, which may induce alcoholic liver, stomach cancer, cirrhosis, liver cancer, and other diseases, and these substances are also labeled as "Class I carcinogens or top carcinogens".

Therefore, it is not correct to say that drinking alcohol is good for your health, especially for people who have a lack of alcohol-secreting acetaldehyde dehydrogenase in their bodies when they drink. So it is not recommended that such people drink alcohol often, as alcohol may do more harm to them than others.

According to clinical research data: the immune system produced by the organism and other cellular tissues will produce carcinogenic substances as well as junk toxins after being exposed to alcohol. The sensitivity of the blood vessels is about to decrease, which will make the body more prone to chronic diseases as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

What cancers are likely to be caused by alcohol consumption?

1. Liver cancer

The liver is responsible for the detoxification of the organ. If excessive alcohol is consumed, the burden on the liver will become heavier and heavier, and the liver needs to rest at night.

Most people drink at night, and with heavy drinking, late nights, and no reasonable rest, the liver's workload is almost overloaded, and in the long run, problems will naturally occur.

2. Breast cancer

There is also a clear link between alcohol abuse and breast cancer. Alcohol alters sex hormone levels, especially interfering more with estrogen, increasing a woman's risk of breast cancer.

Professor Nick Sheeran, head of clinical hepatology at the University of Southampton in the UK, said that the amount of alcohol consumed that can cause cancer is not as much as one might think, but as little as one bottle of red wine a week can increase a woman's risk of breast cancer by 10%.

3. Colorectal cancer

Alcohol consumption is associated with an increased risk of colorectal cancer.

A meta-analysis pooled 57 cohort and case-control studies, all of which assessed the association between alcohol consumption and colorectal cancer risk.

The results showed that people who consumed 50 grams (about 3.5 units) or more of alcohol per day had a 1.5-fold increased risk of colorectal cancer compared to non-drinkers or occasional drinkers.

There was also a small increase (7%) in the risk of colorectal cancer for those who consumed 10 grams of alcohol per day.

4. Stomach cancer

Drinking alcohol with its high intake of alcoholic ingredients is more irritating to the body, and a large intake over a long period may damage the mucous membrane of the stomach, constantly causing irritation to the stomach tissues and cells, and even leading to its cancerous development.

In the absence of metastasis and spread, surgical treatment can be chosen, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be adopted after surgery according to the situation. For patients who cannot undergo surgery, immunotherapy and radiation therapy are often used to improve the disease.

5. Oral Cancer

Although the causes of oral cancer have not been completely solved yet, alcohol is certainly the second major culprit after cigarettes to induce oral cancer.

Alcohol will allow carcinogenic substances to penetrate the inside of the mouth, and ethanol produced by alcohol metabolism will also induce oral cancer. Whether it is alcoholic beverages, alcoholic drinks, or alcohol-rich mouthwash, all of them increase the risk of oral cancer and need to be taken seriously.

Note: These 4 types of wine should not be drunk, early knowledge is better!

1. Don't drink wine in a hurry

Wine is a strong drink, it has a lot of aftertaste, no one can stand to drink a few glasses, even if it is a vintage wine, drinking soft, but the aftertaste is still very strong, you must drink slowly. Feelings of this kind of thing, not in a hurry to fight this minute and a second, slow talk is not better?

The phrase "deep feelings, a bite" makes no sense, drinking these years never believing in these false theories, frequently raising a glass, and first drying as a tribute is righteous, but strength up will be very difficult.

The slow taste can taste the years! Drinking anxiously drunk, and then more miss can not say, wasting the short time together.

2. Do not touch loose wine

Although life is better now, many people in their old age are still very thrifty, simply do not bother to buy good wine, and even some elderly people specialize in drinking loose wine.

Here to remind you, this loose wine is not certified by national testing. Especially some cheap loose wine, most of them are alcoholic wine, not only poor taste, and more dangerous to our health, so this kind of wine can not touch.

3. alcoholic pungent wine can not drink

Pour wine smell, pure grain liquor aroma is generally rich in grain sense, some special fragrance type of liquor will have fruit and floral aroma. And with good wine, you can achieve open bottle floating fragrance, the fragrance does not dissipate over time.

And fake wine and alcohol-blended wine, some of them just poor quality flavor, although there will be fragrance after opening the bottle, it smells very pungent.

4. mixed wine do not drink

Many people always drink a variety of wines mixed drinking, drinking this wine light dizziness drunk, heavy alcohol poisoning may occur.

Because the alcohol concentration between wine and wine is not the same, the elements contained are also very different, mixed wine drinking will produce a chemical reaction, bringing harm very obvious.

These different concentrations of alcohol permeability will strengthen, and intensify the speed of drunkenness, and long-term which will lead to the upper body poorer and poorer. Secondly, the taste of this wine is unpleasant, and vomiting can easily occur if you are not used to drinking.

To a certain age drinking must be measured, do not pursue the stimulus to make yourself so messy, and in the selection of wine should also pay extra attention, do not drink any wine, try to choose pure grain wine to drink.
