Fat loss happens when you burn more calories than you consume (caloric deficit) This has been a fundamental concept behind every kind of weight loss program and diet, yet remains stubbornly denied by most who won't lose fat. Because glucose is the vital nutrient necessary for your brain and vital organs to function, your body looks to other sources of it. If you either reduce calories or lower carbohydrate calories, your body turns to stored fat to break down into glucose.

Over a period of time, this will result in burning off the fat stores in adipose tissue - which is what leads to fat loss. This does mean it'll be a drawn-out process. The 40/40/20 diet has been scientifically proven to work for anybody. 40% of your food is going to come from protein, 40% from carbohydrates, and 20% from fat. You will learn a system combining exercise with healthy nutrition that achieves this goal in just two weeks. That is for another article. When you begin a fat loss program, initial weight loss is a result of fluid elimination from your system. This is temporary, and if you don't stick with a diet plan, it will reverse quickly back to your baseline. So for fat loss to sustain, you have to make lifestyle changes to how you eat, exercise, and handle stress.

Natural fat loss and bodybuilding methods are supported by nutritionists, dietitians and bodybuilders. These involve a combination of healthy and nutritious eating with regular exercises. Some workouts are complex and use heavy weights, while others are simple, easy to follow and use a variation of both light and heavy weight. Regardless of your experience, a training program can be tailored to you. After all everyone starts somewhere and that includes professional athletes. Programs founded on healthy and natural principles of eating clean food and following a disciplined program are more likely to help you burn off fat and add muscle quickly and effectively.

There are three ways generally to structure a training and nutrition program. Cheap and easy which doesn't require a financial or time commitment to someone like a trainer or a dietician. As you can imagine the results are self explanatory. Cheap and good is another option which requires some level of commitment whether that be financially and or time. That can be a gym membership and being intentional about the quality of your nutrition rather than just cheap. Then there is expensive and great where you have a trainer at a gym who is actively engaging with you to accomplish your fitness goals who also may have certifications in nutrition and also a clearly mapped nutrition plan that clearly defines what too eat and what not to eat. Ultimately this is the best option because iit shows yourself the level of dedication you’ve made to achieving your fitness goals.

All the best!
