Walking is a daily part of your life but can you make it more productive and refreshing ?

The other day I was taking a stroll in my community park when I noticed this woman jogging with her headphones on and she almost tripped because of a pothole on the sidewalk. The sight was really funny but somehow, I controlled my laughter. Another guy passed me, walking with his headsets on. Almost everyone I saw walking or jogging was either with headsets or were talking with fellow runners. Only the old people were exercising without support of any technology. They were the people who really seemed to enjoy the surroundings and nature. I have come to one conclusion from this that humans literally have become highly dependent on technology.

Our world today has become full of stress and workload. The increase in the sale of anti-depressants and tranquilizers is a clear indication of stressful times we currently live in. This in turn results in failing health and depression. Stress can not only affect your professional life but it can cause trouble in your relationships and affect your mental health. People today are spending money on therapy and yoga sessions in order to get their mind and body into harmony. In these times one has to be more aware of his surroundings what is happening around him. Today our world has become fast moving every service has become fast so it becomes difficult to keep track of each and every thing which is happening around us. But the thing is we don’t have to sit in park with our eyes closed to realize our surrounding. With demanding times this is the time for Walking Meditation. Its possible to meditate while walking and here are some tips which could help achieve it and we can live every moment by squeezing the life of it.
